I am the deed provider in schedule mentioned bellow property before have not made any contract of advance payment or any types of transfer of donation, sale, mortgage, exchange, will or any other types of transfer to any one else or have not taken any debt keeping liable to any banks any other financial institutes. Th saf kabla is sold to the deed receiver as is in fresh, without problems and without liability the property in publicly.
The schedule mentioned property in bellow the ownership and possession which was on me and whatever will be on me in future that is by this saf kabla deed will be imposed and handed over to the deed receiver.
In the saf kabla deed if there is expressed any types of mistakes- wrong as like dag no, khatian no, description, surrounding, mouza, measurement etc and is written wrongly, then the saf kabla deed will not be cancelled you the deed receiver including mistake information I am the deed provider will be informed then without causes, without payment by the correction deed mentioned correction will be made, again registering to you the deed receiver, that is correcting will be obliged to correct by the successors as well. There is mentioned that mentioned mistake correction wil be counted as the part of the saf kabla deed and will be effected and existed in all places.
