The deed of
agreement to rent store, as we are 1st party in ownership main road
situated in Goalabazar Skder market is the owner therefore. Mentioned market
the room in no 1 store I am the 1st party/ owner as wanted to rent
you 2nd party/ tenant as shown interest to take rent discussed with
both parties I am 1st party you 2nd party my mentioned
market in 1 no store the store room has been given rent as per terms mentioned
as follows.
Terms
1.
Monthly rent of
the mentioned store is specified 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousands) taka which is
obliged to pay by the 2nd party in cash to the 1st party
within 05 (five) dates in English.
2.
Mentioned store
as taken advance I am 2nd party has been paid you 1st
party in cash ot taka 2,00000/- (two lakhs) taka. The advance payment deposit
money I am 2nd party as wanted to release at the time 1st
party owner 2nd party tenant will be obliged to refund in cash.
3.
The validity of
store room from dated 01/02/2017 AD to 01/02/2022 AD will be validated to the
the next for 05 (five) years. Every 05 (five) years will be rent again in store
room of 2nd party as per discussion with 2nd party of 1st
party.

4.
I the 2nd
party will not involve any illegal business in the mentioned store room. And no
any types bad gathering will make there. And 2nd party will be
obliged to do small repairing work from own expenditures there.
5.
There will be
obliged to apply in written to the 1st party 03 (three) months
before as wanted to release the store room before the validity is about to fill
up of the store rom. Even the 1st party and before the completing
validity if becomes necessary in store room then 03 (three) months before there
has to be informed to 2nd party.
6.
I am the 2nd
party will pay monthly electricity bill of store room. I will make prepare to
the 1st party of the paid bill copy. I am 2nd party will
be obliged completely in disconnected the electricity line as the electricity
bill is not paid.
7.
I am 2nd
party will not able to alter, change; repair of the store room and 1st
party will not have any any question if the decoration is increased of the
store room.

8.
Rent can be
increased keeping parallel with the neighbor business people based on the
discussion with both of the parties after every one 01 (one) year.
9.
There will be
counted every term as complementary of the deed of agreement.
The deed of
agreement is accomplished giving signature of the both of parties before
witnesses as written bellow understanding the deed of agreement of store room
rent willingly, self knowledge and good min. By date 01/02/2017 AD.
