His ownership and possession is made understood. So I am second party to you the first party my bellow “B” schedule mentioned property is made understood ownership and possession.
Therefore I and the first party in reference of exchange bellow “B” schedule mentioned property will possess the property and therefore I am the second party bellow “A” schedule mentioned property will possess and will have continue to possess. Their anyone from other one will not make any restrictions. In the exchange deed property any types of question or objections we both of the parties will not be able to make as well.
There is to be clear that, I am the first party my bellow “A” schedule mentioned property before in any places, any types of transfer, donate, sales etc has not made. Or to anyone else or anywhere else has not been contracted as well. The possession of its to you the second party is made understood in fresh and complete problem free as well.
Therefore you the second party in the core of the exchange deed bellow “A” schedule mentioned property as received making as like you to anyone else donate, sell, heba, etc will not be able to make as well. Their me or or any successor of me will not be able to make any claim or question if raises then it will be disregarded and cancelled from all of the courts.
There is to be mentioned that schedule mentioned property as per the approval of Rajuk the deed receiver in commercial or residential as per any types of facilities it can be used. There is more mentioned that the deed provider company M/S East West Property Development (PVT) Limited given vat, surcharge and other related any types of specified charge is not necessary for the 1st party the deed provider.
There is to be clear that the deed will not be cancelled for any mistakes. In future if any mistakes are seen we both of the parties becoming united will amend the deed and will accomplish and registry the deed.
