You (the deed receiver) from today by this declaration of heba deed in power Bangladesh government Rajuk and land and revenue office in the place of my name your own name ruling having been existed paying taxes bellow schedule written land donation, sale, mortgage, rehan, heba, declaration of heba, exchange, lease, etc all types of transfer and replacement power to have and operate as became eligible son, grandsons, and successors to enjoyed the possession therefore. There me (the deed provider) or anyone in place of me and next successors is not have any claim or objection if raises then it will be disregarded and cancelled by all of the courts. I am (the deed provider) as per Muslim Shariah in the schedule property you (the deed receiver) orally to have donation its own possession as got understood physically. At present I am (the deed provider) as the declaration of heba to accomplish and registry my already orally given donation with the affidavit is acknowledged.
There is mentioned that last dated 16/10/1968 AD dated sadar sub- registry office registered in the lease deed no- 7091 as imposed all of the sections, sub sections and terms the deed receivers as will be obliged to follow that. There is to be clearer that, the plot land will be undivided and unmarked meaning the plot land will not be able to divide in any way. All of non removable plot land receiver of the flats will have the possession in united.
But in future as per the terms of the regulation to construct building if needed to expand lease receiver by the lease deed and based on the terms of regulation to construct building the different deed receivers will not be able to make any damages of the flat in infrastructure. If made the deed of the flat will counted as cancelled and its ownership will be handed over on Rajuk.
