The Wakfnama deed of agreement is
starting by the name of almighty merciful Allah as is mentioned that, some of
the non removable properties are acquired by the pleasant of Allah. In the
earthly life there is no saying what is the condition may happen in the life. So
thinking about the future I am myself acquired the bellow schedule non
removable property for the pleasant of Allah and for the welfare of my deceased
ancestors as well as for me and as the Muslim people around pray regularly as
the number of Muslim is increasing daily as needed the increased land the
important people around the areas near mosque as requested me to make Wakf some
of my land I am as becoming agreed willingly my ownership and in possession the
schedule mentioned home in measurement of 0.0150 acre land which is in price-
42,000/- taka as is supposed that I am in the core of the Wakf deed in
Nandikhola Kalai Prodhania home Jame Moshjid in favor of the present president
the Wakf deed is accomplished. Therefore in Wakf land in my all of the possession
becoming in possession ruling the name of the mosque in place of my name to
have in possession there I do not have any claim and question if anything is
raised then that will be disregarded and cancelled by all of the courts.
Therefore the deed is accomplished in written understanding the core of the
Wakf deed without having been in solicitation in good health and self
