All of the praise is for Allah. The description of the home rent deed of agreement is starting remembering by the name of almighty merciful Allah. As I am the 1st party in my own land constructing multi storied building as proposed to rent the west side in 3rd floor you the 2nd party tenant based on the terms and conditions will take the rent of home and I am 1st party has given rent.
Terms and Conditions
1.       The deed of agreement will be validated dated from 17/04/2016 AD for the next 03 (three) years.
2.       2nd party tenant will pay in advance the rent of the home as for 50,000/- (fifty thousands) taka has been given to the 1st party owner. The advance payment of home rent taka not can be cut off. The tenant 2nd party of the rent of home after the mentioned validation if wanted to give up then as made understood the the possession then advance taka 1st party owner in one time will be obliged to refund to the 2nd party.
3.       2nd party tenant monthly home rent as fixing taka 9,500/- (Nine Thousands Five Hundred) which will be paid by the 2nd party to the 1st party within the next month dated from 01 to 10 (by giving signature).
4.       2nd party tenant will pay electricity bill, gas bill of home to the 1st party owner.
5.       Tenant 2nd party will not be able to keep illegal products and can be done any types of illegal business in there.

6.       2nd party tenant if wanted to give up home, then giving 03 (three) advance notice to the first party will have to be informed, and if the 1st party home of owner it became necessary then 2nd party will have to be informed giving 03 (three) to the tenant.
7.       1st party owner after the duration of the mentioned time again if wanted to rent the home, then tenant 2nd party will be given priority and after the mentioned time as per market price in that time and will be increased in advance.
8.       The principle copy of the deed of agreement will be kept to the 2nd party tenant and photocopy will be kept to the 1st party owner.
9.       As because of the 2nd party if any damages happen of the home then 2nd party tenant will have to repair by own self.
10.   The terms mentioned above we both of the parties are obliged to obey and if any terms in the deed of agreement is violated the deed of agreement will be counted as cancelled.
Therefore without having been solicitation from anyone else in good health, self knowledge willingly the deed of agreement of the home reading and reciting by someone else and understanding the core and results of its having informed before the witnesses in present we both has given signatures by us. By date-
The deed of agreement is typed in computer in 03 pages and ( ) witnesses therefore.
