At the time of visit there has seen that, the applicant of the mentioned land becoming owner as written in the core of the deed/ in reference of successor/ in reference of donation/ succession in recorded owner/ under the writing has been received and in the application mentioned in land/ deed as mentioned as per surrounding  has been in occupied of the applicant. The certification is given regarding that the applied land is not the land of government disposable/ disposable/ P. O no- 98/ 72 / imposed on/ or any other government organization.
In that situation, for the right land management and for the sake of collecting land development tax in favor of the applicant the mentioned land ruling name with the recommendation to provide order the proposal has been sent.
