21. Affidavit of the deed provider-
(Affidavit given as per section 53 E of the laws of property
transfer of 1882 and section 52 A (g) of registration law of 1908, of 142 no
ordinance of the president, 1882)

citizen of Bangladesh.

meaning is not disposable property;

for the time being: has not imposed on any law by the government or has not
seized in favor of the government;

The proposed transfer for the time being: is not
contradictory with any other existed laws therefore;
5.
The proposed transfer Bangladesh Land Holding (Limitation)
order, 1972 (P.O no 1972) is not cancellable as per the section no- 5 A; and
6.
The proposed non removable property for transfer
has been mentioned the description correctly and its price has not been shown
less and the mentioned property transfer applicant has the legal right to
transfer.

I/ we are also declaring on that,
I/ we are the sole owner of the transferred land. There has not made
any advance payment contract with other parties or nowhere has been sold or to
anyone else has not kept any mortgage. the property is not disposable property
or has not been imposed on the government or has not been imposed on the
government in any way. The deed mentioned any information if is written wrong
for that I / we will not be liable and there will be able to make civil case
case against me/ us. The transferred land related any information if is in miss
leading, wrong, or false as was given therefore I will be obliged to make
registry and prepare new deed with compensation correcting that in own
expenditure in case of necessary. There is mentioned the price as has not shown
less in the transferred property deed. The property mentioned in the deed I/ we
has existed legal possession and right and given description as per my/ our knowledge
