Deed of Agreement
 The decision has been taken in agreement of all for selling CS and SA dag no- 772, 772/ 895 and 774 mouza- Katashur, Police Station- Mohammadpur, District- Dhaka which is in ownership of the members in related to the liabilities of the association as for the purpose to meet some of the mandatory expenditures of Shoili Griho Nirman Shomobay Shomiti Limited as is seen necessary to sell in advance the two plots from the plots in planned in emergency from the released lands based on the terms and conditions as follows.
Terms and Conditions
Land sale negotiation and land development committee will be considered in brief negotiation committee.
A)   The two plots which will be sold its amount after the development of the members 5 (five) katha based from the plot as for land development, roads and liabilities after release the land will be in equal of the divided plots can be limited within katha (which is in measurement about 2.25).
B)    Two plots in side by side which is sale able in advance the price is fixed taka 90,0000/- (Ninety Lakhs) taka that will have to be paid through receipt approved of the association to the seller in cash partially in special cases or specified cank account name Md. Rezaul Karim, A. B Akramuzzaman, Anowar Hossen, saving account no- 15351001696833001, Brac Bank, Elephant Road Branch, Dhaka.
C)    The two plots of the association before the deed of agreement specified admission fee of the member as for taka 10 (ten) for share taka 100/- (one hundred) taka, as thrift deposit taka 500/- (five hundred) taka and as for form taka 1 (one) in total taka 611/- (six hundred eleven) taka of the receipt of the association

Paying method: and filling up specified for of the association and giving signature will have to get regular membership of the association.
D)   As the seller is not able to get ownership of 5 (five) katha land therefore as for land development liabilities of the association of the other members of the association up to booking time the land which will have to be given release/ is releasing/ will be released, that will not be necessary in case of this seller. Meaning the mentioned liabilities before becoming member, no money will be imposed on the seller. But there will have to be paid as per regulation in case of other members of monthly donation taka 1000/- (one thousands) taka to him after every months from the month of becoming member. Mentioned plot in the name of the seller at the time of the registration will be bear of necessary expenditures with the expenditure of registry, taxes, name ruling as well.
E)    Seller will have the right to enjoy opportunities and equal status of other members with the ownership of the land as per regulation of the association from the day of receiving booking of the land after paying full money after the deed of agreement as like other members of the association.
F)     But for the reason of any invisible reason other members of the association if failed from the ownership of planned plots of the association/ failed partially then seller will have to be obey the same failure and as because of the invisible reason if the late is made of the ownership of the plot he has to also obey the late as well. In that case the buyer from the association will not be get refund paid money or will not be able to claim any types of compensation.
G)   At the time of booking plot of the association there will necessary the same regulation in that the plot booked/ will be booked/ has been booked among the members within the members through following regulations of the association.
H)   Within the specified time mentioned in the deed of agreement as for pay- order/ cash the price of the plot as payable in total 35,00,000/- (Thirty Five Lakhs) taka in bank account of the association or in case of necessary partially in cash will have to deposited.

I)       Meeting of the committee will be as per approval of the highest leader Md. Hossen Ali Khan Hasan and Sabina Yeasmin Chowdhury Bina both in vallage- 231, Prothom Koloni Lalkuthi, Mirpur- 1, Dhaka.
J)      Md. Hossen Ali Khan Hasan and Sabina Yeasmin Chowdhury Bina as per the terms and conditions of of the association dated 30/12/2014 AD every one filling up the admission form the specified admission fee taka 611 (six hundred eleven) only and every member as deposited through the receipts of the association of monthly donation taka 1000/- (one thousands) only from that date he will be considered as the member of the association.
K)   In 300 taka stamps of three pages the deed of agreement will in two copies. Both of the parties after giving signature the principle copies will be to the buyer and seller.
L)    The deed of agreement will be considered on- registered but if the terms are violated any of the parties will be able to take legal steps.
M)  Description of deposited taka of 90,00,000/- (Ninety Lakhs) taka paid in the account of the association:
1)     Association Receipt No- 512, dated- 30/12/2014 AD through bear chech in Pubali Bank Limited, Bar Library Branch Chech no- S B 15/ B 6221615, date- 30/12/2014 AD taka 2,00,000/- (Two Lakhs) taka.
2)     Association Receipt No- 513, date- 04/02/2015 AD, bear check Pubali Bank Limited, Bar Library Branch Chech no- S B 10/ 5599923, date- 04/02/2015 AD taka 2,00,000/- (Two Lakhs) taka.
3)     Association Receipt No- 514, date- 04/03/2015 AD, bear check Pubali Bank Limited, Bar Library Branch Chech no- S B 10/ 6020293, date- 04/03/2015 AD taka 1,50,000/ (One Lakh Fifty Thousands) taka.
4)     Association Receipt No- 515, date- 30/03/2015 AD, bear check Pubali Bank Limited, Bar Library Branch Chech no- S B 10/ 6020299, date- 01/04/2015 AD taka 2,00,000/- (Two Lakhs) taka.
