The description of the deed of agreement is starting by the name of almighty merciful Allah that, first party S Nehal Ahmed in Dhanmondi residential area no 1 road in situated there plot no- 139 (old) 29 (new) measurement of the land 1 Bigha (20 katha) is the owner of that plot land. 1st party as though there have the documents of ownership to have owner of the land has been deprived from having been in possession of the land of the first party. There is mentioned that, as there has different types of restrictions from public work ministry of the government on the land of the 1st party therefore 1st party is deprived or out of possession to enjoy the possession of the property by the 1st party. 1st party is old or aged man son of the 1st party in his property law subjects as unable to resolve the works of the ministry 2nd party Mr Md. Nurul Islam as proposed to work the mentioned in his favor both of the parties based on the mutual discussion on the terms and conditions as mentioned bellow both of the parties have become engaged to accomplish the deed of agreement.
Terms
1.      1st party is the owner of the land as proposed 15,00,00,000/- (Fifteen Crore) taka as for the price of the land to the 2nd party and the mentioned price 2nd party as become agreed to pay to the 1st party the land owner 2nd party will sell the land than that of proposed price of the 1st party, 1st party will not be able claim any amount of taka on additional price of the 2nd aprty. If any types of claim is made than that will be disregarded by all means of courts.
2.      1st party will be ready to prepare to supply to the 2nd party the documents which is necessary to the 2nd party for the other lawful activities including different ministries of the 2nd party.
3.      As the mentioned plot or home under the public work ministry therefore 2nd party the mentioned plot for the purpose of selling the permission letter of public work ministry the 2nd party will bring out by his own expenditure. In that case 1st party will be ready to do all of the necessary things including wherever signature is required to be given to have to have given that.

4.      As the plot or the home is in the possession to someone else. 2nd party will make empty the plot or home by his own expenditure. In that case 1st party will be ready to prepare all of the necessary documents which is necessary.
5.      2nd party to his appointed seller for the advance payment as proposed to the 1st party regarding the due payment of 2nd party however will be proposed 1st party will be obliged to work accordingly.
6.      2nd party on the date of engagement in the deed of agreement with the 1st party will pay cash 10,00,000/- (ten lacs) taka which is later time will be cut off from the 15,00,000,000/- (Fifteen Crore) taka of the 1st party.
7.      1st party will not be able to cancel the deed of agreement in any situation. As the 2nd party is engaged with deed of agreement he will invest cash money. In that case 1st party if the 1st party tries to cancel the deed of agreement 2nd aprty will be obliged to compensate the calimed money to the 2nd party. There is mentioned that, if there is any dead incident happens the deed of agreement will not cancelled, the mentioned deed of agreement will be existance in between the successors of the parties. If there is any problems raise regarding the terms in the deed of agreement that will be resolved based on the discussion among them if in that case the solution does not come then it will be resolved as per contract laws.
Schedule Description of Properties
District- Dhaka, Mouza- Dhanmondi, Police station- Previously Lalbag, at present- Dhanmondi plot no- 139/ A, old 29 new plot no- 549/ 56 dated- 04/ 05/ 1956 AD. Measurement of the land 20 (Twenty) Katha.
The deed of the agreement both of the parties have given own signatures before witnesses in present from both of the parties as becoming informed in details the deed of agreement reading reciting by own self and someone else.
