Rahimun Sarkar Rahat. There has been seen high blood pressure and diabetes to his mother when he was in pregnant at the age of 7 months as is date of birth is 01/05/2007 AD. He has born through scissors in 34 weeks after 1 month as was admitted under Professor Doctor Suraiya Begum, Ibne Sina Hospital, and Dhaka. He has cried after the birth. Age was 1.6 KG. He has kept in NICU under Doctor Morshed Ahmed Children New born Baby in General Hospital, Dhaka as was breathing pain. 17 days later he has been taken to home and has nurtured as usual. Breast feeding was given till 6 months. Physical condition was good within 11 months. No types of disease are affected. He has used to feed usual food. As he was in age of 11 months 23 days first shrinking was seen. The signs of shrinking were having been no eyes blink many times was used to look in 1 direction. There was vibration in right leg and right hand and eye blink was made in very much. Soon he has been admitted in Dhaka Children New Born Baby and General Hospital, Dhaka. Shrinking was stopped using Sedil injection and suppository. In that time the shrinking is used to have one and half hours. Doctor then prescribed Valex Syrup (Valproic Acid). After 1 month later again is seen shrinking. The shrinking was stopped in the same in that hospital. Accordingly 5-6 times then doctor has been referred him in Appollo Hospital, Dhaka. There he has been seen Children Neurologist Alim Akter Vuya. Doctor prescribed him Valex Syrup (Valproic Acid), Tegretor Tab and Clobum Tab. As ws some days went out doctor stopping Valex Syrup and told to eat. As per consultant of the doctor, there is going (Physio Therapy and Occupational Thyraphy in Mirpur 14 no Dhaka. At present there is going Trileptal 300 mg and Clobum Tab. As is seen the sign of shrinking if Sedil Tab is feed in half shrinking stopped. Medicine is going continuously and regularly. No shrinking is seen as long as about 3 years. The last shrinking as happened there was needed to stop it about 4 hours.

Present problem: Low power in right hand and right leg. If an unknown person is first he is afraid. He cannot stand or walk alone. His intelligent has not been grown in comparison of age. But whatever is necessary that can understand by giving sign or sound. But full sentence cannot say. Rahat can understand our all of words and he tries to understand us.
