bellow complain is making on that:
You
are on dated 08/11/2007 AD or that day/ night around in midnight at the time in
the place under the Pallabi police station Baunia Adarsha Motsho within that in
north Beribadth in south Late Shishir of his dead body as was there becoming
doubted against the complaints

302/201/34 to be seen the complain is made. As because of the incident of
killing.

The justice in the court by me
And
by that the punishment of sections 302/201/34 under there the crime has been
made and that (4) against them

justice by the magistrate the words “mentioned court” has to be cut off.
And
therefore I am ordering that, your justice will be hold in the mentioned court
the complain (5). The complain whcich is made is read and as understood the
core of its the present complaint though claimed himself innocent for the sake
of justice to arrest the fled complaints the complain is made.

As
received there is acknowledged on that the witness Arif told that, dated
08/11/2007 AD at around 02.30/ 3.00 as Shima is proposed to do bad act before
the office by the complaints Harun and Sumon as tried. Shima denied to pay bad act then the
complaints Sumon as pressed the throat of Shima and killed her. in that time
the witness Arif bite the hand of the complaint Sumon the stain of the bite I
have seen by myself. The complaint Sumon acknowledged it. Then to hide the
killing the complaint Harun has taken the dead body to the Beri Badh. Many
times the complaint Sumon as used to talk with the Shima before the tea store of the HarunOn the date
of the incident dated 07/11/2007 AD Sumon as threw water to the body of the
Shima before the tea store that has been fallen on that store. Therefore the
cloths have been wet . Then husband Arif as per section 164 have given witness
of the case. As I questioned Sumon made him understood that the plaintiff as
come to my store have given the acknowledgement.

per section 161 to be seen as I recorded. Reference: Pallabi police station
case no- 20, dated 08/11/2007 AD to be seen section no- 302/34. My name and
address are written as above. As I questioned informed me that, last dated
08/11/2007 AD in the acknowledgement the dead daughter child age about 9/ 10
years with the necessary documents from the polcie station for the post mortem
report taken to the Dhaka Medical College and done post mortem by the
departmental doctor. And the dead is made identified by the doctor, as is
informed the me.

Pallabi police station, Dhaka I have taken the voice record as per section 161.

My
name and address are written as above I am informing as questioned that my home
is beside the incident place dated 08/11/2007 AD at around 07.30 AM in the
morning as I have got news that behind the Baunia Beri Badth that in Gauva
garden an unknown dead body was fallen which was a female. Dated 08/11/2007 AD
at around 08.05 minutes you have come from the police station to take dead
body. Before me the dead female in religion Islam age 9/ 10 I have prepared the
post mortem report I have goiven signature in the post mortem report by my own
hand. At the time of I have seen blood was coming from the mouth and nose of
the dead body. and in her back, hand and knee there is seen stain. No identity
has been found of the dead body. May be someone from somewhere else as come
there and have fallen the dead body in there when no one else knows it, as is
informed the witness.

taken voice record of the complaint (1) Mohammad Sumon, father- Anowar Ali,
village- Moni Kandi, Police station and district- Munshiganj. I have taken the
voice record as per section 161. Reference: Pallabai polcie station case no-
20, dated- 08/11/2007 AD to be seen section 302/34.
My
name and address are written as above. I am informing in your questioning that,
My home town is Munshiganj, as I came to the village Moni Kandi. I have studied
up to 2nd class in the village. I have some of the land of about 4/
5 kara and I have a home vita in the village. Last 14/ 15 years I am living in
Dhaka with my parents as I do job there. After coming in Dhaka behind 22 floor
building in a slum I used to sell tea in s a store I live there with my parent.
I do have two sisters. One sister is named Shohagi of 20 years old another
sister named Khushi 14 years old. I do have live with all of them. As the slum
situated behind the 22 storied building as made distroed, I have come to live
life with my parents and all beside the Boikali Hotel in Bus Stand for about 7/
8 years and live life selling tea in the store.
Shima
used to come in my store for 8/ 10 days before death collecting recycled around
thea areas and sold those and used to have snacks in my store. Last dated
08/11/2077 AD at around 07.30 PM in the evening some of the young children came
to my store doing naughty things. At the time of making naughty things Shima
threw water to my store. Therefore cigarrettes and products of my store has
been wet. I stood up from the store catching Shima claped in in left side of
the mouth and as made pressed the ear. Shima has been fallen on the soil. Then
as I caught Shima pressing the throat trying to make sit one man come behind catching
my waist as because of I claped Shima made bite on my right hand. Then as I
gave up Shima she has been fallen on the soil. Then I taught that Shima is dead.
Soon as I told to the neighbor store keeper Harun that taken the dead body of
the Shima . Taking the dead body made it fallen in the Beri Badh The the
complaint Harun as taking the dead body in a rickshaw made it fallen away to
the Beri Badh.

body has been found. Police has taken the dead body from there. This is my

5 no road, home of Ayrin in Shahjahanpur slum, polcie station- Pallabi, Dhaka, I

My
name and address are written as above. I used to live with my kother Arifa
Begum in Doari Para slum. My mother is also live there. I am whatever I find
selling recycled things that I give to my mother. My neighbor resident with
Ferdouse I collect recycled things adn ferdouse is known with the dead person
Shima. Later I have been also introduced with Shima. i am with some of the
recycled thing collectors and Shima used to have collect recycled things and
used to have sold it fro some days I am with Shima to the compalint Sumon,
father- Anowar Dhali as coming to the tea store used to have eat snacks. Shima
is used to have making naughty things with the complaint Sumon. Last dated
07/11/2007 AD at around 07.00 PM used to have naughty things with Shima, in
that time the complaint Sumon in the store Shima in the time of making naughty
things threw water towards the store of the complaint Sumon as the water have
been fallen on his tea cups then the customers disagreed to drink tea in there.
Then the complaint Sumon calped one time to Shima. Later I and Shima as went to
the cinema hall as went before there. At night at around 09.00 PM at night I
and Shima paying 20/= taka to the gate man of the cinema as entered into the
cinema coming out from the cinema at around 12.00 AM at midnight came in Shah
Ali Mazar. On dated 08/11/2007 AD at around 01.30 AM the complaint Sumon came
in that place . Then Shima as seen the complaint Sumon then Shima hugged him. I
have seen with him the tea store keeper complaint Harun. Then the complaints
Harun and Sumon took Shima and Shima has ben taken by the shoulder in 10 no
Mirpur over bridge as has been taken there.

From
10 no Mirpur the complaint Sumon aas taking by the shoulder has taken to the
Volvo counter. Then from that place as walking by the legs, the complaints
Sumon and Harun both of them taking Shima as taken there I was there with them.
On fdated 08/11/2007 AD at around 2.30 AM the complaints Sumon and Harun both
of them have been proposed to do bad act meaning seual intercourse with them to
Shima. In that Shima as denied I have seen and heard it. As soon as Shima
denied the complaint Sumon have caught the throat of Shima. Shima screamed the
I am as trying to save Shima bite the right hand of teh complaint Sumon
therefore I have been made run away. In that time I have seen that Shima is as
dead have been fallen on the soil. The complaint Harun was also present there I
am as feard went out from there. What happened I have not seen any more. On the
next date 08/11/2007 AD at around 09/ 10 AM in the morning police from the
Pallabi police station has taken to the Pallabi police stationAs I heard that I
have knew Shima the dead body of Shima. Then as I I knew in details made
informed police. And as per my identification police arrested the complaint
Sumon. Sumon acknowledged about killing of Shima. The voice is mine.
