In the name of the merciful creator the
description of the store is starting of the store room position sales deed of
agreement. As the first party in his ownership named Buriganga Shetu Market in
1st floor at 107 no of the store room position based on the terms
and condition as proposed for selling in fixed price taka 25,000/- (One Lakh
Twenty Five Thousands) verifying its price by the second party as per the terms
and conditions in bellow you have become agreed to buy and in different dates
second party through the written bellow receipts to the first party made the
price paid in cash the deed of agreement of receiving and transferring the
store room is accomplished therefore.

Terms and Conditions
1.
Buriganga Shetu Market is private ownership
market.
2.
No store owner will be in any way owner of the
space of the market. Second party will be owner of the store only in reference
of purchasing the position of the store.
3.
The rent of the store of 1st floor
for the space of every square feet as per rate of 5/- (five) taka will be paid
as monthly rent to the owner party. Mentioned rent in every 5 (five) years as
per market price discussing with important people will be preserved re:
specifying the power by the owner.
4.
Owner will bear relevant expenditure including
electricity bill, rent, sewerage, security workers for every store as is
specified and that will have to be paid in the first week of the months.

5.
No electricity connection can be connected in
anywhere by the buyer of any store except taking approval by the owner
authority.
6.
Every store receiver will give to the owner
authority of own electricity bill through sub- meter separately in own store.
7.
Owner authority in case of necessary consulting
with the market operation committee keeping relevant with the current market
increasing or decreasing the other expenditures with the rent of the store the
power will be preserved.
8.
Without approval of the owner authority the
store buyer any part of the store in partially or in any design will not be
able to alter or change as well.
9.
Any store buyer owner in the given market will possess
any of the part of the market the duty of the preservation in that specified
space the buyer will bear the expenditures.
10.
As per the decision of the owner authority the receiver
as per area (patti) will be obliged to build the store.
11.
Rent of the every months dated from 1 to 10 in
the office of owner authority will be paid from own responsibility.
12.
All of the stores in that market as per Dhaka
City Corporation will be closed of 1 day and half closed 1 day.
13.
Any store in the market if the taxes are fixed by
the government or municipality every store buyer will have to b paid from own
responsibility.
14.
Without legal approval of the owner authority
there will not be able to construct any types of association or meeting in the
market. But as per approval of the owner authority for the right operation of
the market a business operation committee and business association will be able
to construct.
15.
Store booking letter within 3 (three) months of
receiving the store will have to be run. Otherwise owner authority preserves
the power to give booking that somewhere else. And his previous given money can
be refunded.
16.
If there is seen any illegal business with
unsocial activities and destroying activities in any store or any store
receiver by the owner authority of activities of deteriorating if operated or 6
(six) months of consecutive rent if becomes dues with cancelling the store
booking owner authority will be able to take legal steps against the store
owner.

17.
Any store receiver in the market if his store is
transferred the owner of that store for every transfer as per rate of 8% taka
as for profit will be paid to the owner authority.
18.
Any tore owner of booking store if wanted to
give up will be informed firstly to the owner authority of the market. As per
market if the owner wants to take there will be oblige give him.
19.
Among the mentioned reasons for any reasons if the
store receiving is cancelled owner authority will refund taka 1,25,000/- (One
Lakhs Twenty Five Thousands) taken as for rent of the store.
