In the property mentioned in the schedule Abdul Gani as having been possession of ownership by Mourasi last dated 17/ 1/ 1980 registered 463 no in Saf Kabla Hazi Mohammad Moksud Mia sold the land property and made understand the ownership of bellow scheduled land property got become possession less for forever. Then as Moksud Mia got died I am as the successor by may father become the owner of the schedule mentioned property.

At present I am the deed provider as require for cash for different reason the schedule property

As declared Saf sold in public you the deed receiver wanted to buy. So therefore making fixed the price of the scheduled mentioned property highest price 15,00,00,000/- (Fifteen Corer) Taka: You the deed receiver will pay the fixed price in the period of 2 years Six months from dated 1/ 1/ 2010 to dated 30/ 6/ 2012 to me the deed provider. If I can not pay the total price during the fixed time then another 3 months will be prolonged to pay to 30/ 9/ 2012. I am deed provider making this acknowledge and promise that during that if there is any problem as like documents of the schedule mentioned property, renewing, ruling name, etc will solve by my own expenditure. I am the deed provider as receiving all the payment from you the deed provider to you or selected by you one or more I or my successors are responsible to complete the Saf Kabla deed by registration. There will not be any different in that. During the period of time as I am the deed provider if denied to register by Saf Kabla deed or denied by any laws against registration therfore

You the deed receiver will receive the paid advanced payment including bank interest as compensation. It is mentioned also the schedule mentioned land property previously I have not transferred or made any contract for transfer and is not responsible under any banks or financial institutes. The schedule land property got in contract of advance having been problem and circumvent free and you the deed receiver without inspecting any offices or institutes made contract with in easy trust. Here is the mentioned that with the deed provider there are also Md Mutalib, Sitara Khanom, Sufia Khanom, Momota Khanom, all Father- Md Moksud and Adri Bibi, Husband- Md Moksud. Azad brought acid for the work in battery and acid found in his store Acid is an important materials and no one gives it to others easily. As we heard the defendant got acid from this store before the witnesses we investigated the store. We found the acid mixed 300 gm known as sulfuric acid that has been taken and saved. During the search

the owner of the store was not presented there. His employee (1) Muhammad Ibrahim, Father: Khorshed Alom and 2(2) Helal Uddin, Father: Abul Kalam Both Village: Banghar, Police Station: Luksham, District: Cumilla found presented in the store the acid has taken and saved to me. The taken acid when asked to them about that they were unable to give satisfactory answer and talked broaken as there it becomes clear as suspicious by arresting them having been sent to the court. The owner of the store was not presented at that time therefore it was not possible to ask him. I went to Dhaka Medical Hospital to ask the victim of this case. I wrote her voice record under the section 161 as asking her. As visited to her I found that the face and upper head of the face got burnt and her both hands and

(C) Property Easement Ship Ownership: today therefore the value of property has been found 27,50,000/- at a time and by this power of attorney general deed the ownership and possession got understood by this deed the ownership of this property me and my successors become possession less for forever. From the possession taking entertain all the possession of this property. Replacing the name instead of the name of power of attorney general can do all the activities of divide, advance, mortgage, sell and donate of this property. In that I am the attorney general deed provider and her successors can not make any question, demand, complain or anything else on this land property. If they do it will be it will be disregarded cancel by the court.

(D) Most mentioned comment on transferred: The property of this deed has not been got any advance. Even before there is no any mortgage, lease or any activity happened or it is not included in any cases related office of land as well as it is not under the debt of Bangladesh Bank, Industry Bank, Farm Bank or any other Commercial Bank or any Bangladesh House Building Finance Corporation Limited. It is also clear that if any mistake raises on plot no, Khatian no, and surrounding of the land property the deed will not be cancelled but as informed me

I will be obliged to make that amended I as well as successors will be obliged.
