Some information for the Organizer/Organizers

(1st)                Organizer/Organizers may contact service centre of Investment Board for necessary service/facilities.

(2nd)               Under the industrial and financial policy of the government and under circulars circulated some times by the National Revenue Board and other concerned Government Authorities the industrial projects can get miscellaneous tax facilities. The copies about these policies and circulars can be had from the service centre of Investment Board.

(3rd)                Before deciding of the project site/situation final for obtaining environmental permit the organizer/organizers must contact with the Environment Control Directorate. 

(4th)                 Failure of observe any one or more conditions of these terms & conditions may lead to the cancellation of the registrations of industrial projects by the Investment Board: - 

Terms and Conditions:

(1)                    The change of ownership of industrial project or change of the location of the factory must immediately inform to the Investment Board.

(2)                     The project who will fail to be established during  time given registration letter, when the specific time for establishment will expire they shall have to apply to the Investment Board. 

(3)                     Industrial goods under compulsory certification marks should be of the same standard of Bangladesh Standard and Testing Institution (BSTI) and before marketing they must obtain clearance from BSTI.

(4)                     Before setting up of industrial project clearance must be baten from the Environment Directorate under existing Environment Law.

(5)                     According to existing import policy of the Government shall have to import capital macineries , spare parts and raw materials/packing materials.

(6)                     The industrial projects go for production the progress of establishment to be reported to the Director (Registration & Assistance Section)  after each 6 months time as per enclosed proforma.  After the industrial projects go on commercial production of the project and yearly statement for employment should be reported to the Director (Policy and Planning).

(7)                     Additional Terms & Condition is enclosed to annexure.
