Uddin, Din Islam, Shaheen Parvez in support with some people presenting in the
police station the case is issued on that my siblings Md. Shabuz Molla known as
Alam (30) last dated 21/08/22012 AD at around 10.00 PM as got lost on that
dated my mentioned brother’s wife made a entry of GD in Hazaribag police
station (which is no- 868, dated- 23/08/2012 AD and Hazaribag polcie station)

was searching in different places no- 3 witness Taslima Aktar informed us that
last dated 21/08/2012 AD in the night at around 10.00 PM from the home of Angur
Mia to the 5 no complaint Faruque Ahmed has called Shobuz Molla by the mobile
following strategy. Then mentioned Shobuz Molla of his news has not been found
any more. Before that the 5 no complaint Faruque Ahmed and my brother Shobuz
Molla from accompanied with as was walking through the kacha bazar in Jigatala.
5 no complaint Faruque Ahmed at the time to take my mentioned brother 4 no
witness Din Islam, 6 no witness Shaheen Parvez has seen that. 5 no complaint is
the friend of thoe mentioned other complaints they all are seen to make adda
including they are used to stay united. My brother Shobuz Molla known as Alam,
the protestors in the area were protestor against the bad works of the
complaints. In that scope the mentioned complaints with my brother in secret as
made enemy the subject my that mentioned brother including as we were not
informed the types of enemy my brother in their call and sound was used to stay
with them. In that situation my mentioned brother as got lost after that
mentioned complaints as become doubted in their words and speeches as friend
regarding the to do of the complaints we have not found any supports. Because
last dated 07/08/2012 AD in the evening at around 5.00 pm in Jhigatala
Kachabazar all of the complaints my mentioned brother previous theft related
incident and the recovering the goods of theft materials and mentioned theft
incident in support of the complaints 2 no complaint Kamrul Islam made
happened. As a result all of the complaints becoming united to my brother in Jhigatal
Kacha bazar with charging as become failed to kill injured in public have shown
threats to see him in future. Then my mentioned brother to the complaints as
not showing the un favor mind later as walking with them and used to talk. But
the complaints after that incident though they talk with my brother their
behavior were aggressive and revenge. My brother as not got touched the mind of
the complaints dated 21/08/2012 at night at around 10.00 pm by the 5 no
complaint Faruque Ahmed in solicitation by other complaints after calling
though become disappeared we do not have in mind that types of cruel killing
incident. As was searched and based on the different information as received
dated 24/08/2012 AD at around 9.00 AM near the Hazaribag beribadh in water body
which is south of the Sikdar Medical the money bag of my mentioned brother was
fallen and a boy whom name

our rest of the people quickly presented there the money bag is identified as
my brother’s 01 (one) copy of passport size picture and other documents as
found becoming sure of the incident in support of the all searching in water
body and around the places within the mentioned water body in water flower has
seen a white sacks the as informed the Hazaribag police the officer in charge
of the police station accompanied with officer forces in that around 10.00 AM
presenting in the mentioned place in support of the people as opened the
mentioned Saks there have found 3 pieces of separated/ divided bodies of my
mentioned brother, head, hand and part of the leg has not found. Money bag of
my mentioned brother and rescued 3 pieces of the dead body as were wear as seen
black shirt pants me including all of the people my brother Shobuz Molla known
as Alam is identified the parts of the dead body. I and my mother, including
the wife of my mentioned brother our and the people of our area with strong
belief 5 no complaint Faruque Ahmed other all of the complaints in solicitation
my mentioned brother from the home of his father in law Angur Mia calling from
the Dhanmondi home dated at around 21/08/2012 AD at around 10.00 pm to dated
23/08/2012 in the midnight within that time at any time the complaints having
been in mutual connection and one non divided purpose in pre planned in cold
mind killing my mentioned brother dividing the body in 3 pieces as is in
condition of special sacking beside the beribadh of water body within the water
flower trees made kept hidden. Regarding the incident in investigation in the
area they prove, investigation and witness will be found. Divided part of the
dead body of my brother recovering by the Hazaribag police station police preparing
the post mortem report for investigation report and to examine DNA for preservation
as per request is sent to the Dhaka Medical College dead body room. Based on
the different information, prove and reference collecting the name, address of
the mentioned complaints in support of my people presenting in the police
station the case is issued. I am the candidate of asking justice of the cruel
murder of my brother.

Complain or
name of the crime of the information and brief description of related incident

Brief
description of the incident is that, the younger brother of the plaintiff
Shobuz Molla dated 21/08/2012 at night at around 10.00 as was disappeared his
wife made entry of GD in Hazaribag police station (Which is no- 868 dated
23/08/2012 AD). After the GD as searched the no 3 complaint in the case Taslima
informed dated 21/08/2012 AD at night at around 10.00 no 5 complaint Faruque
Ahmed from the home of Angur Mia in Dhanmondi called Shobuz Molla by the mobile
at the time of going the witness Din Islam and Shaheen Parvez has been seen. The
brother of the plaintiff was protestor.
And he
protested the bad works of the complaints. As a result the complaints were
coming up in enemy relation with his brother. Dated 07/08/2012 AD in the
incident of theft the brother of the plaintiff Shobuz recovered the goods. But
in the incident of the theft no 2 complaint Kamrul

the incident. As a result all of the complaints as become failed to kill the
brother threatened to see him in later. After that his brother was used stay
with them in that situation 5 no complaint Faruque Ahmed dated 21/08/2012 AD at
night at around 10.00 the brother of the plaintiff Shobuz Molla after the
calling the type of incident will be happened they have not in mind. As a
result of the searching dated 24/08/2012 at around 9.00 am in te morning as
received the news in the west of the Hazaribag Beribadh in the west side at
Sikder Medical of its water body in the south side near the land in Shamir (8),
Father- Shamsuddin, slum of Hazaribag, brother of the plaintiff Shobuz Molla
known as Alam has found a money bag. Then people quickly going as seen the
documents and 01 (one) copy of picture of the mother of Shobuz in money bag
identifying tge money bag of his brother becoming sure the incident of the
killing in support of the all searching in water body and around the areas as
seen the within the plastic sacks as informed to the police in support of the
people police come there opening the sacks found 3 pieces of body. The
plaintiff the money bag of his brother rescued 3 pieces of dead bodies and
under wear/ shirt pant as is in wear as seen his brother Shobuz known as Alam identified
the distorted dead body. They have strrong belief the complaint Faruque Ahmed
in solicitation of other complaints Shobuz has been called from his father- in
law home on dated 21/08/2012 AD at around 10.00 to 23/08/2012 AD in the
midnight within any time in connection with all of the complaints killing the
brother of plaintiff named Shobuz made the dead body in 3 pieces kept in sacks
in the south side of the Sikder Medical within the water flower made hidden.
Rescuing the 3 pieces of the dead body of his brother as investigated: for the
post mortem of investigation has sent to Dhaka Medical College Hospital.
Based on complain
typed by the plaintiff officer in charge Mr Amzad Hossen making the case issued
himself the duty of investigation. Later as transferred to somewhere else I am
joined as officer in charge in this police station taking the duty of
investigation as observed the docket seen that, the previous investigation

village- Atipara, Voual, Keraniganj police station, Dhaka, as found arresting
the complaints both with application to have in reman of police has been handed
over to the learned court. I visited the incident place as reached the incident
place of the case. I have not felt any need to prepare new as is matched with
the content and draft map of the previous investigation officer. Based on the
information found the arrested complaints last and dated 29/08/2012 through the
people of the area in south side of the Sikdar Medical as searched in the water
body parts of the body of the dead body of Shobuz in four plastic bags
separately found and opened (1) under the right leg up to leg one part (2) One

fingers of the left hands up to arms cut parts (4) from the arm of left hand as

with incident and as per the acknowledgement I am and with accompanied forces
inside of the pond of home in west of the home Anam Hossen known as Khokon from

inches which in its body there is written Special Star. In the right side of

words and as acknowledged the incident of the killing the learned court as per

court is written. In addition to the sister in law of the mentioned complaint
as questioned Sarwar Jahan as per his voice record in section 161 writing as
sent to the learned court his voice record is written as per section 164 in the
learned court. But I observed collecting the copy of voice record written in section
164. The witness taken from the previous investigation officer I wrote their
oral voice record as per section 161. I investigated the case massively in
public and in secret. At the time of investigation there is informed that
beside the Hazaribag Beribadh about taking lease of the government land
complaint Golam Moula and younger brother expatriate Jubair Ahmed with local
Toufik Gong as made conflicts. Mentioned at the time of conflicts late Shobuz
Toufik Gong as taken their favor with them Golam Mopula is beaten and broken
his motor cycle and got removed from the area. In that subject Golam Moula his
younger brother Italy expatriate Jubair Ahmd as informed was used to plan to
take revenge as of the insult of his lder brother. To expand influence in the
area and to make own group big Italy expatriat Jubair Ahmed the complaint Rumel
Mia has given borrow taka for business purpose. As a result of the mentioned
transaction the relation among them becomes deep. In reference of the relation
Jubair Ahmed and Golam Moula of their friend Rumel contacted with Una Dakat for
taking revenge of his elder brother of the insult proposed to kill the victim
Shobuz. In that time as because of the hijacking the phone regarding that
incident Kamrul and Toufik made conflict with the victim Shobuz. The news of
this conflict the complaint Golam Moula expatriate Jubair Ahmed is informed
through mobile. Then Italy expatriate Jubair Ahmed has informed the complaint
Rumel that, Shobuz

best time to kill. As because of the terrorist Toufik and Shobuz the conflict
in between if Shobuz is killed then the eyes will go to his counterpart Toufik
gong. As a result all will doubt Toufik Gong as the killer of Shobuz and we
aill stay out of toutch. Two birds will be killed in one stone. By this event
of killing the conflict regarding the land near Beribadh one group leading
Shobuz will be finished same as another group leading Toufik Gong will be
caught out the liability of killing Shobuz and lands of government near
Beribadh will be taken and there can be taken revenge the insult of his elder
brother. Same as the planned taken by Jubair Ahmed on last 15th
Ramadan in the evening at around 3.00 pm beside the road near Beribadh near
pool Rumel in his Bekari store the complaint Una Dakat, Golam Moula, Anam
Hossen Khokon, Sarwar Jahan bringing by calling them by mobile. Then Italy expatriate
Jubair Ahmed informed it with all in mobile that, Shobuz Molla has to be
killed. More is informed that the complaint as discussed with Rumel for killing
Shobuz already he ahs been given two lakhs taka. In case of necessary the much
money is needed I will give. In that situation the nearest people of Rumel teh
complaint Anam Hossen known as Khokon for killing Shobuz mentioned all of the
complaints as agreed and with all in the day of Ramadan meaning dated
21/08/2012 in the midnight at around 11.00 in the incident place the man named
Shaheed Mia brick field taken to near to the tree of Sheora and the nearest firend
of Shobuz Faruque Ahmed making mobile Shobuz has been shown greedy to have
7,00,000/- (Seven lakhs) taka in a Hindu home told to come to th incident
place. Then Shobuz as receiving the phone of friend Faruque in easy belief as
come to the incident place mentioned all complaints hugged the Shobuz has
fallen on the soil and the complaint Una Dakat with him with knief has cut the
throat of Shobuz. Then all of the complaints taking the dead body of Shobuz
made coverd by water flower in water body. Two days later of the incident the
complaint Anam Hossen known as Khokon calling all of the complaints making
united informed that, If the dead body of Shobuz is rescued by the
investigation of post mortem the fingretips will be found. Therefore, he has to
be divided in parts. In that calculation complaint Golam Moula, Shafaet Amin
and his brother Mozammel Aminthrough the Rayerbazar has brought 10 pieces of
plastic bags. All of the complaints in that day in night near the Beribadh
water body raising the dead body of Shobuz the complaint Anam Hossen known as
Khokon, Knief and big knife of Una Dakat cutting the dead body in 14 pieces the
complaints Shafaet and Mozammel covering in the plastic bag in deep

Mia (30), (5) Shaet Amin (32), (6) Mozammel Amin (29), (7) Anam Hossen known as
Khokon (34), (8) Una Mia known as Una Dakat (32), (9) Saiful Alam known as Tipu
(32), (10) Badrul Alam known as Shipu (45) against them as per sections
302/201/109/34 as the crime proved primarily against them as wanted complain
letter to submit in the court to the senior authority as submitted the
memorandum of the witness submitted memorandum of the witness order memorandum
no- 2238(2)/1/D dated- 22/07/2013 AD as received in the core against the complaints
mentioned above in the learned court for the justice the case in Hazaribag
police station in complain letter no- 125, dated 25/07/2013 in sections
302/201/109/34 is submitted.
