claims there in anyway if any demands or claims raises lawfully: will be
disregarded the sold land property previously has not been mortgaged or
transferred anywhere else if the deed provider made any information in the deed
made hidden or miss leading which causes us to have damage us then the price
including the compensation will be obliged to refund and as because of the
crime will be liable to th law and will be punished as per civil punishment
there we are in willingly in easy mind accomplishing the deed on dated 18th
Srabon, 1412 in Bengali and on dated 01/08/2005 AD.
