Subject : Show cause notice about failure  of Freight Forwarders Agent imported Invoice goods Delivery purpose.

Reference : Application No. Nil, dated : 21/04/2012 and 30/05/2012

There is drawan your attention on the above mentioned subject matter.

1. For the purpose of clearance of 4(four) coils of goods for the Importer M/s. Padma Cans and Consuras Ltd., although it was issued delivery order by the said Freight Forwarder, but one Case of which No. UL821 could not able to delivery of the same.
2. Later the C&F Agent was communicated on the dated 12/12/11 and 19/12/11 respectively and by the said Agent on the dated 24/1/2012 and 15/2/2012 through sending letter, there was made assurance to the importer, but still the said goods could not able to make delivery of the same. To this matter, although the importer was demanded compensation  and sent letter, but the said Agent did not taken any kind of step and maintaining silence.
3. According to the licensing principles, as there was not able to make delivery Freight Forwarders (Licensing and Works Operation) Ordinance, 2008 of its Rule (Ka), (Kha), (Jha) under of those is punishable and under same of the Rules and Regulation is a Punishable Offence. For the cause of perform of the said offence why you license would not be make cancellation, of it showing appropriate causes, you are hereby directed of the same.
4. If you are wanted to be given of the show cause reply through your personal hearing, then you are on personally and through your representative on the dated 29/11 AD next and  at about morning/evening 10.00 hours in the following

This is to hereby informing to all M/s. AFS Consolidation Limited, Kashfia Plaza (3^rd Floor), 923/A, Sheikh Mujid Road, Agrabad, Chittagong, License No. 01-0045/08, dated : 31/08/08 AIN No. 301-0800-0045) vide the letter, there is found allegation against you that the Importer M/s. Padma Cans & Consuras Ltd., Dhaka, for the purpose of clearance of 4(four) coils of good by the said Freight Forwarders as there is issued of the delivery order, but one case of which No. UL82 could not supply of the same.

To this matter the C&F Agent was communicated on the dated 12/12/11 and 19/12/11 respectively and by the said Agent on the dated 24/1/2012 and 15/2/2012 through sending letter, there was made assurance to the importer, but still the said goods could not able to make delivery of the same. 3. In this situation, due to the offence of consignee goods delivery and according to the Freight Forwarders (Licensing and Operation ) Regulations, 2008 of its Rule-16, M/s. AFS Consolidation Limited, Kashfia Plaza (4^th Floor), 923/A, Sheikh Mujib Raod, Agrabad, Chittagong, License No. 01-0045/08, dated : 31/08/08 (AIN No.301-0800-0045) is made of casual basis cancellation. From them for not to take any kinds of deeds and documents, there is directed to the relevant all.

4. This order should be effective at an immediate.
