HOSTEL RULES AND REGULATIONS
All the workers must obey the following regulation:
1. To maintain good house keeping at al
time. If any charges/summons Malaysia
government authorities involved due to humanity attitude, the full pertly
charges will be evenly charged to each worker who stay at the said premises.
2. Electricity and water supply should be
used properly and wisely. Any wastage will be charged to the relevant workers.
However if such situation happens regularly the company will only responsible
to the said usage limited to RM 12.00 per person who stays at those particular
premises.
3. Respect the freedom, culture and
religion of other colleagues and neighboring.
4. Strictly
no fighting, quarreling, drinking wine or alcohol, gambling and staling. Any
infringement will be sent to police for further action.
5. Cannot destroy company's properties.
6. Do not store illegal things in the
hostel such as weapon, drug ect.
7. Strangers are not allowed to enter to
the premises especially women, Any Infringement will be sent to police further
action
8. No gathering/partying/celebration
within the hostel premises without permission from the supervisor/employer is
allowed. This will interfere with other workers resting time and affect their
work performance the next day.
9. Changes on the hostel rules and
regulations will be made form time to times without any prior notice. Employees
shall keep themselves update with hotel and regulations from the site
supervisor/notice board at the living quarters.
The
company will take disciplinary action for any infringement of the above
regulations.
The
Management
I acknowledge receipt of the
hostel rules of the company. I have read and understood all the terms and
agreed to pay for all expenses to return to my home country if I have committed
any of the company offence.
