My son was dedicated, obedient to ideal and ethics of party. Local Awami League Cadres over and over threatened him to kill if he not join with Chatra League (Student organization of Bangladesh Awami League) giving up Chatradal. But my son was stable to his political ideal and ethics.
(2)  It is very sad to say that, I can remember the incident occurred at night around 9:00 on 16 July, 2011 AD, as my son Md. Sumon during returning to home from Amanullah Bazar, 10-12 Awami League cadres attacked on him and stabbed on his body’s different parts.
(3)  I filed a murder case against Awami League Cadre with Begumganj Police Station. Despite having eye witness of incident, Begumganj Thana police according to government direction did not arrest any accused, rather within three months saying the incident could not be unrevealed submit final report to court. I went over and over to police, court, but did not get justice of my son murder.  Word of the justice silently crying in this country.
(4)  I know, if my killed son’s local political leader not to leave the country in time, he would also die like my son.

My name is Saleha Begum, My Birth Registration No- 19597510707002908, and Profession: Housewife, Religion: Islam, declaring in this regard that-
(1)  I am mother of slain Ujjal who is brutal example of political violence carried out by present autocratic ruling Awami League. There is no fault of my son but he actively joined in all programmes of Chatradal and was follower of Bangladesh Jatiotabadi Charadal 1 No Amanullahpur Unit General Secretary Habibur Rahman (Date of Birth: March 11, 1994 AD) and denied explicit threats from Awami League cadres.
(2)  My son Ujjal and Habibur Rahman including 5-6 Chatradal activists on March 15, 2012 AD were returning after procession. On the way they visited in house of a sick co-activist but my son Ujjal due to physical sickness was returning towards own home around 8:30pm. Positioning in there from before, Awami League cadres attacked on my son and firing, he was killed by three bullet hit. Basically, main target of attack of the day was Student leader Habibur Rahman. My son is victimized and fortunately Habibur Rahman got life and later due to threats from Awami League was forced to leave the country.
(3)  I filed a murder case mentioning name and address of killers in penal code rules 302 and 109 with Begumganj Police Station No 12(3)12 but police so far did not arrest because of upper level direction of Awami League although they are staying in the area broadly. The case is under investigation. There is no any change appeared in the case although five investigation officials were transferred.

Ex General Secretary of our Unit Mr. Habibur Rahman, Date of Birth: 11 March, 1994 AD, Father: Rafique Uallah, Mother: Tahera Begum, Village: Khemchandrapur, brought me in Chatradal. I used to join maximum time with them in political programmes.
(2)  On 20 January, 2013 AD at noon around 2:30, Habibur Rahman and me on the way from college near Amanullah Bazar 7/8 Awami League cadres attacked on us. Cadres started beating severely Mr. Habibur Rahman, being feared going to distance I shouted. Hearing my shouting, local village dweller Md. Ariful Rahman and pedestrian Md. Faruque Ahmed attended there and cadres run away. Habibur Rahman became senseless and bleeding from nose, mouth. We, Faruque Ahmed and I together rushed injured and senseless Mr. Habibur Rahman to Begumganj Prime Hospital at chamber of Mr. D. M.A Sobhan. After first aid he back to sense and later he was gone at Noakhali Janani General Hospital. In there, he was treated for 10 days. His nose bone and tooth were broken. I gave service to Mr. Habibur Rahman during his staying in Hospital.

(2)  On 20 January, 2013 AD at noon, hearing shouting in adjacent road of our house I advanced and saw Chatradal activist Md. Sajidur Rahman was shouting. In some distance, Awami League cadres were beating Habibur Rahman severely. I and pedestrian Faruque Ahmed going there tried to prevent, cadres went. We saw Habibur was in senseless, bleeding from nose and mouth. I brought a Riksha and lifted injured and senseless Habibur Rahman on Riksha. Md. Sajidur Rahman and Faruque Ahmed Khan came with him. Due to my wife’s sickness, I did not go with them. Later, I heard after first aid, Habibur Rahman for better treatment was admitted to Noakhali Maijdi Court Janani General Hospital. He was there for 10 days under treatment.

(2)  On 20 January, 2013 AD, after finishing my task I was going to home for launch. In the time, I see 7/8 Awami League cadres together were beating severely Habibur Rahman with blow, buffet, kick and he fell down. His companion Mr. Sajidur Rahman calling ‘Save, Save’ shouted. In the time Md. Arifur Rahman also attended there and because of all our preventive efforts, cadres left the spot. If we attend there, possibly Habibur Rahman would have died. His cloths were wet due to bleeding from nose and mouth.
(3)  At first, Habibur Rahman was brought at D. MA Subhan’ chamber. After first aid in there, he was admitted to Janani General Hospital situated in Nohakhali Maijdee Court. Doctors of the hospital said his nose bone and tooth. He requires to be admitted and take necessary treatment. After staying at the hospital, Habibur Rahman left it and went home.

Despite a meritorious student, he could not finish graduation, rather left the country for saving life. His two polotical companions Md. Sumon and Md. Ujjal were killed brutally by Awami League cadres. Slain’s families for justice went door to door, but didn’t get it. Instead, they were victim of police embarrasment.
(2)     On 20 January, 2013 AD at noon around 2:30, my son Habibur Rahman on the way from college near Amanullah Bazar 7/8 Awami League cadres attacked on him. Cadres started beating severely my son and he became senseless. He would have died if local village people recovered him. He was rushed in critical situation to Janani General Hospital situated Noakhali Maijdi Court and was treated in there for 10 days.
(3)     My another son Mustafizur Rahman and I went at Begumganj Police Station, but police said it is not possible for them to take case against cadres of ruling party. Being cured, my son returned to home, ruling party cadres over and over were threating to kill my son, that’s why being so feared we are bound to send in the abroad. He left Bangladesh on March, 2013 AD. After his departure from Bangladesh, Awami League cadres several times came to our home for searching him, but not seeing him, they have misbeahve with us and vandalized our furnitures.

He was treated in there for 10 days in Hospital. After returning to home from hospital, he and his family members were getting threats over and over from ruling party cadres, so for saving own life, he decided to go in abroad.
(3)     I gave opportunity Habibur Rahman to stay in my house comfortably. He left Bangladesh from my house in March, 2013AD. I think Habibur Rahman’s life will be endangered if he return to home and stay.
