We are both Bangladeshi citizen and permanent resident according to birth origin. We are both adult and required age for marriage. We can understand own good and bad. We voluntarily, consciously are signing signatures in this affidavit.

We have fallen in love to each other due to walking together for a long days. We cannot lead life without each other because much more love has been created both us in present. Our life is totally static without each other due to our deep love. We cannot spend one moment without seeing each other and it is also very difficult.

(3) We know both us as polite, honest, innocent, and capable of doing work. We gave offer to each other for being in married and we agreed in that offer. There is no alternative to keep our love unbroken without getting marriage. Our relation is totally sacred.

(4) According law of Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh and Islamic Sariah, we got married and received each other as husband and wife.

We didn’t abduct to each other and this affidavit had not been declared against our intents. We have enough knowledge to understand our wellbeing, that’s why we got married hope we will lead a happy conjugal life in future.  This is right and errorless according to law.

Dowry (Den Mohor) has been fixed at Tk 1,20,000/= (One lakh twenty thousand). We both gave consent to it in voluntarily, consciously and Tk 20,000/= (Twenty thousand Tk) was given and taken as advance. This will be applicable in all cases.
