3.     The necessary documents of the car are with me.

4.     There will have no my any objection if the car is Namjari in the name of buyer.

5.     I did not sell the car earlier to another or keep liable.

6.     My sale is legal.

4.     We purchased the car in totally free.

5.     I did not sell the car earlier to another or keep liable.

2.     I purchased an old private car taking loan from Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited, hhich registration No Dhaka Metro-Ga-21-9254, Maker- Toyota, Made year 2004, Cesis No- NZE121-3272369, Engine No- INZ-B274098, Seat Number- 05 (Five), CC-1500, Cylinder-04 (Four). The mentioned Bank authority gave bank clearance and bank statement in my name after being paid all the money. The car now is on record in the name of bank and me. Therefore, i request humbly to give Namjari in my single name after cutting the name of the bank.

3.     It is mentionable that, if there is appeared any difficulty in bank documents, i will bear the liablity solely. BRTA authority will not bear any liablity in this.

4.     I know that the above mentioned descriptions or statements are true and genuine.
