hereinafter called the sureties in favor of the Agrani Bank Limited hereinafter
called the Bank.
Whereas the bank
has been pleased to offer an appointment to the employee as an Officer (Cash)
and whereas the Bank has agreed to train him/her up at its own cost and
expenses and whereas the employee has accepted and agreed to server the Bank
and whereas the Bank as a term of employment demanded of the employee to bind
himself/herself to the Bank to serve for at least five years and to furnish two
sureties to the satisfaction of the Bank and accordingly the employee has
agreed to execute this surety bond along with two sureties indemnifying the
Bank upon terms and conditions hereinafter stated:-

1.
The
employee in consideration of offering employment and employing his/her and
consideration of him/her being trained up by the Bank at its own cost and
expenses, hereby undertakes and bind himself/herself to serve the Bank in
accordance with the Bank's regulations for at least a period of five continuous
years from the date of his/her joining service of the Bank i.e. Agrani Bank
Limited i.e. .......................................
2.
The
employee further agrees and undertakes that he will not on any account, and of
his/her own accord, discontinues, give up or abandon the services of the Bank
before the said period of Five years.
3.
The
employee further undertakes and binds himself/ herself to compensate the Bank
in the event he/she, of his/her own accord or without the Bank discharging or
dismissing him/her or terminating him/her services discontinues, gives up or
abandons his/hers services to and employment of the Bank before the expiry of
the said period of Five years and to forthwith make good and pay to the bank
the entire amount received by him/her during the period of his/her service in
the Bank.
4.
The
sureties s in consideration of the Bank offering employment and employing the
employee undertake and bind themselves in the event of the employee
discontinuing, giving up or abandoning his/her services to and employment of
the Bank before the expiry of the said period of five years and without the
Bank discharging /dismissing him/her to termination:
(a) If the length of service is less than 3(three) months he/she
shall be submit resignation letter with all salaries/allowances taken during
his/her service period.
(b) If the length of service 3(three) months and above he/she shall
be submit resignation letter with gross salaries/allowances for three months
and 10% of basic salary for the rest period.
5.
It is agreed that for the purpose of this document, service
includes service of the employee on deputation with the approval of the Bank
and that the payment which the executants of this deed are by these present
bond to make it not penalty and shall not be interpreted as such but it is and
shall be interpreted only as payment of cost and expenses incurred by the Bank
of the employee.

6.
The conditions
of his bond is that on completion of five years’ service of employee without
discontinuing, giving up or abandoning it as foresaid it shall become void and
be of no effect but until that time it shall remain in full force. In witness
whereof the employee and the sureties have affixed their signature on this deed
in the presence of the following witness on the date mentioned above.

Security Bond

In consideration
of your having engaged me an Officer (Cash) I hereby give you a lien on the
under mentioned cash amount deposited by me with you as and by way of security In
the event of my failure to confirm to and comply with the conditions of service
signed by me failure to confirm to and comply with the conditions of service
signed by me separately or in the event of your sustaining or incurring any
nature of losses, damages, costs, charges or expenses directly or indirectly by
reason of my negligence in discharge of duties, willful default, misfeasance,
malfeasance or any misconduct of a civil or criminal matter or on account of my
exceeding the powers or by reason of any dereliction of duty on my part, it
shall be within your righthand power at your discretion to appropriate the cash

the proceeds thereof towards or in payment of such losses, damages, costs,
charges or expenses.
I hereby declare and agree that your decision as to whether any
losses, damages, charges or expenses have resulted from my negligence, willful
default, misfeasance, malfeasance, exceeding the powers conferred upon me or
dereliction of duty on my part or any one or more of them shall be final and binding
upon me and it shall not be competent for me to question the validity or
propriety of any such decision.

You shall be
entitled to lend my services to any other concern or concerns and if any loss arises to such
concern or concerns as a result of any act, commission or default on my part or
due to my negligence, misconduct, misfeasance, malfeasance, dereliction duty or
exceeding the powers granted by such concerns to my anyone or more of such causes, without prejudice to all other
rights and remedies which such concern or concerns may have against me on a
demand being made by such concern or concerns, you shall be entitled to pay
over the amount of cash security ...............................................................................................
and reimburse the amount of them without any reference to me if in your sole
and absolute judgment and discretion (which shall be binding on and acceptable
to me), you think that such payment to such concern or concerns is due from me.
