1.           That we are permanent resident and national of Bangladesh by birth.

 

2.       That we are adult in age and have attained puberty before long.

 

3.       That we are acquainted to each other since long. Due to free mixing and talking with each other, we fell in deep love for which we can’t live without each other.

 

4.       That considering all facts and circumstances we have decided to marry each other at our own will and accord and hence we have married each other as per Muslim Shariat and Sunnah and as per Muslim family marriage law ordinance act 1961 and 1974 in presence of our near relatives.

 

5.       That we have married each other at own will and accord without any pressure, threat or influence from any corner.

 

6.       That our aforesaid marriage has been registered by the Muslim Marriage Registrar & Kazi Gognagar & Alir Tek Union, Narayangonj Sadar, Narayangonj as per Muslim Marriage Act, 1961 and 1974.

 

7.       That we further declare that we have married each other on this 24th day of February, 2003.

 

8.       That after performing all the formalities of our marriage i. e. from 24/2/2003 we are living together as legally married husband and wife.

 

9.       That none of our relatives have no right to raise any objection against our aforesaid marriage as we have married each other at our own will and accord without any pressure, threat or influence from any corner. If any body raise any objection against our aforesaid marriage that will be null and void in the eye of law.

The first party is the owner of the land situated in the Khagan Canal and as there is needed of the cash, the following schedule included land (canal) rent and as there is made proposal, the second party was agreed to take it and among the both of the parties.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Duration of this Agreement will be effected from the dated 30/05/2008 AD to 30/12/2011 AD total 3(three) years. Through the compliance of both of the parties, duration of the Agreement shall be increased for the next time.

2. The 2^nd Party will be given to the 1^st Party for the purpose of land rent (canal) in monthly 15,000/- (fifteen thousand) without any advance and within 10^th dated of each month to the 1^st party.

3. The Tenant 2^nd Party at any means the said land (canal) to any other party for rent or transfer or any kind of monetary organization, keeping mortgage or taken loan could not be done.

04.       The 2^nd Party could only be used for to fall down of water of the factory.

05.       The 2^nd Party without the permission of the 1^st Party, there could not be made change/extension land (canal).

06.       At the end of each 3(three) years and for the purpose of next time, with the running rent keeping the consistency and through the compliance of both of the parties, there could be made extension of the rent.
