I beg to inform you that the goods delivery sent by me, which import manifest no. _______________ Dated ___________ US$ 6000/= was entered into the Benapole port. But it is found in the goods delivery documents the name of the importer and the L/C No. is written in fully wrong. The correct documents is already kept into my office. The goods delivery sent by the credit parcel. The Importer is R. Amin Trading Company.

Therefore, as I was stayed in out side of the country, it was not able to send you the correct documents in favour of you. For this clearance of the goods delivery after done the customs formalities.

Therefore, requesting you to be clearance of the goods delivery and arranged as need and obliged thereby.

Subject : Application for cancellation of the L/C

Dear Sir,

I beg most respect fully to inform you that I am a Importer in title named M/S Shimu International, Benapole Bazar, Benapole, Sharsha, Jessore. There was sent to me an L/C which no. ___________ Dated.____________. But it is not to be able to sending the goods by this L/C. It is not possible to supply of the goods as the quoting price of the importer. For this requesting you to be cancelled of the L/C Sending to my name and also requesting the performed L/C with the Importer to be cancelled.

I did not submitted the L/C which you were sent to the Sonali Bank, Kolkata Branch, The Principal copy is returned with the application.

I shall be grateful to you if taken necessary actions.
