Place: Under Cumilla district of Luksham police station of Dadaghar Mouza in home of complainer

In the north side of living room of the home of northern home of Chouchila Tin is having been roofless bathroom.

Complain

Sir,

It has been requested with the due respect is that I have complained in written in your police station is that I am an easy- going innocence person of village. One the other hand, the defendants is chaos maker type folks. My sister, 1^st witness is the examinee of HSC from A.F Government College for 1999. 1^st number defendant used to offer love to the no. 1 witness of my sister but my has not became agree of that offer so the number 1 defendant became angry and dated 6/ 4/ 1999 at around 11 PM as my went to response to nature with number 2 witness in the bathroom beside the northern side of Chouchala Tin home

In a roofless bathroom the 2^nd witness having in his hand at the time of number 1 witness standing 1/ 2 number defendants having been in their hand a bottle of acid threw to number 1 witness and burnt the face. Therefore the both eyes of the number 1 witness may spoil for forever. My sister 1/ 2 number witness identified the defendant as by the light of Hurricane having had in their hand. My sisters 1 and 2 number witnesses screamed therefore the defendants fled from the spot.

My sister, number 1 witness, went with number 3 witness to Luksham Government Hospital as her condition was serious 13 number witness told to take her in Cumilla Medical College Hospital. As the condition of her went to decline, she has been taken to Dhaka Medical College Hospital by 3^rd number witness and makes to get admitted there.

Now my sister, number 1 witness is fighting with death in Dhaka Medical College Hospital. I was the busy for treatment of number 1 witness and having been futile to compromise locally complains became counted. I provided signature in the case as written by the name of me. To get proper judge the case has been sent in your police station.

Therefore, take appropriate legal action urgently of this matter.

A Story of Acid Attack Survival Girl

Brief description of complain: the defendant of these suit Md Mohiuddin (Shahin) Father: Md Rafiqul Islam, Village: Dadaghar, Police Stattion: Luksham, District: Cumilla. dated 10/ 4/ 1999 at around 20: 15 informed in written that her sister Fazilatunnesa was the examinee of HSC from Luksham Government Degree College. Ullah and unknown another one dated 6/ 4/ 1999 at around 23.00 in the night as the victim with Rabeya Khatun went there for peeing beside the living room in northern side. Her younger sister was waiting beside that with having Hurricane beside the bathroom. As the victim stood up from the bathroom the mentioned defendants threw a pot of acid having been in their hand over face of victim and burnt the face and eyes seriously. The defendants identified as the Hurricane was on the hand of Rabeya and the victim is now under treatment in Dhaka Medical College Hospital. Depending on the case the officer in charge imposed the responsibility of investigation on me. I took the responsibility of investigation. I sketch accurately as told the witnesses of the spot of the incident in my investigation. I asked petitioner and other related witnesses about the incident. The petitioner

I asked the witnesses and wrote there voice record under the section of 161.The defendant shows (1) the usable old hurricane having been written in English Deluxe. (2) An old water pot of aluminum usable, (3) a pot of tin black color polithin and on what there was acid and it was informed that by what the acid has been thrown. (4) There is a stain of burnt acid in different spot in right, left, back and before of yellow embroidary dress. M Moniruzzaman Shaheb as the injury was serious sent to in burn unit of Cumilla Medical Hospital as her condition was serious she then took to Dhaka Medical Hospital in burn unit for the better treatment as reached there they quickly made admitted in burn unit for the treatment of acid burning. Though an highly attempt made to arrest the defendants it was not possible to arrest them yet. As in my investigation it has been known that Md Mahbubul Haque Prokash, Father: Abdul Haque, Village: Dadaghar, Police Station: Luksham, District: Cumilla there are two battery and mike store in Lokkhonpur police station as the close relative of defendant Muhammad Hossain. Azad brought acid for the work in battery and acid found in his store Acid is an important materials and no one gives it to others easily. As we heard the defendant got acid from this store before the witnesses we investigated the store. We found the acid mixed 300 gm known as sulfuric acid that has been taken and saved. During the search

the owner of the store was not presented there. His employee (1) Muhammad Ibrahim, Father: Khorshed Alom and 2(2) Helal Uddin, Father: Abul Kalam Both Village: Banghar, Police Station: Luksham, District: Cumilla found presented in the store the acid has taken and saved to me. The taken acid when asked to them about that they were unable to give satisfactory answer and talked broaken as there it becomes clear as suspicious by arresting them having been sent to the court. The owner of the store was not presented at that time therefore it was not possible to ask him. I went to Dhaka Medical Hospital to ask the victim of this case. I wrote her voice record under the section 161 as asking her. As visited to her I found that the face and upper head of the face got burnt and her both hands and
