With ref. to competition of cleaning & maint. of Al- Azizia  Maternity & Child Hospital  at Jeddah  and Centre Toxicity and Sugar at Jeddah  and washing of dresses of the patients of  Al- Aziziah  Hospital and which its settlement has been completed up on you as per letter of the Director General of Purchases with the Ministry vide  No. 1717/4/29/Kha, dated 9/6/1422H. whereas the approval of confirmation report has been completed from the  concerned authority.

              So, we hereby confirm you  about this competition according to the terms and descriptions and with the gross amount 6,192,600/-  Six million one Lac ninety two  thousand and six  hundred SR.  for three years to be started within two months from this confirmation as per terms and conditions and description,  such as we inform you to contact at soon with the Dept. of Projects and aint. at Jeddah Health to complete the contracting formalities associated with you as follows:
