AFFIDAVIT OF UN-MARRIED OF

MUHAMMAD ASADUZZAMAN KHAN MOZAHADI

I, Muhammad Ashraf Ali Khan Mozahadi, son of Abdul Momen Khan, of Address: 16, B.P. Mension, Akuachowrangimoor, Mymensingh-2200, Bangladesh, by Profession- Business, by Nationality-Bangladeshi, by faith Muslim, do hereby solemnly affirm as follows:

1.         That I am permanent citizens & Residents of Bangladesh by birth.

2.         That my son name MUHAMMAD ASADUZZAMAN KHAN MOZAHADI son of Muhammad Ashraf Ali Khan Mozahadi of Address: 16, B.P. Mension, Akuachowrangimoor, Mymensingh-2200, Bangladesh is still Un-married and he is not engaged in any affair with any Bangladeshi Girl or any foreign Girl. That I do hereby declare that if my said son marriage any Girl I have no objection.

3.         That my actual & legal beloved son MUHAMMAD ASADUZZAMAN KHAN MOZAHADI date of birth 19-01-1980 holder of Bangladeshi Passport No. N-0407269 now is living in Philipine.

4.         That my aforesaid son is still UN-MARRIED and I have no objection if he marriage any girl in abroad.

That the statement made above are true and correct is to the best of my knowledge and belief whereof I swear and signed this affidavit before the Notary Public at Dhaka Bangladesh.
