AFFIDAVIT OF UNMARRIED OF M. AHMED REJA KANAK

I, MRS. ASHRAFUN NAHAR, wife of Late Sajedar Rahman, address: Village-Birikoya, Post Office-Panti, Police Station- Kumarkhali, District-Kushtia, Bangladesh, by Profession-Housewife, by Nationality-Bangladeshi, by faith Muslim, do hereby solemnly affirm as follows:

1.         That I am permanent citizens & Residents of Bangladesh by birth.

2.         That my son name is M. AHMED REJA KANAK, son of Late Sajedar Rahman of address: Village-Birikoya, Post Office-Panti, Police Station- Kumarkhali, District-Kushtia, Bangladesh is still Un-married and he is not engaged in any affair with any Bangladeshi Girl or any foreign Girl. That I do hereby declare that if my said son marriage any Girl I have no objection.

3.         That my actual & legal beloved son M. AHMED REJA KANAK, date of birth 15/11/1981, holder of Bangladeshi Passport No. W 0099678 now is living in Cyprus.

4.         That my aforesaid son is still UN-MARRIED and I have no objection if he marriage any girl in abroad.

That these statement made herein above are true and correct is to the best of our knowledge and belief whereof we swear ands signed this affidavit before the Notary Public at Dhaka Bangladesh
