I beg most respectfully to inform you on the following ground and as such doing an appeal. 

That my mother Mrs Bakul Nessa is Suffering from her illness for about 4 years. In the earlier two years she had been taken her treat in different hospitals in India, but no Significance progress did not happen. Later she had been taken of her treatment in the Bangkok Hospital in Thailand, yet this no progress did not found. At present I have come to known from the Diabetic Hospital in Bangladesh after of her health examination that one of her kidney have been damaged. For this, I have now decided to be treatment of my mother in your hospital for upgrade treatment. So the point is that I want to take of my mother to you hospital. For this, you will kindly be known me, what amount of money will be need for the treatment purpose of my mother including coming to you. You will inform me all by the fax No. 0088-02-7122138 RPT 0088-02-7122138. I will be very happy if you do So.

Therefore, I hope and pray that you will do as my doing appear on most humanitarian ground and if so, I will be grateful to you.
