A GENERAL DIARY.
Dear Sir,
I beg most respectfully to inform
you that I am the following signatory Golam Mostofa, Son of Khalilur Rahman,
Village – Rarikandi, P.O. Gajra Bazar, Police Station – Matlab, District –
Chandpur, do hereby informing you that on the last dated 03/12/2005 at about
approximately 11.00AM in the morning, I was coming from Fakirapool to Naya
Palton by a Rickshaw and there was lost a paper packet on my dis-carefulness
and there were many valuable documents of mine in the packet and there was a
passport (International) of which No. M 03300788, GIVEN DATED : 27/11/1996,
EXPIRY DATED : 26/11/2006 and Place of Issue : Kualulumpur. I then search out
of the paper packet and the passport at my level best, but did not find it any
more. For this I am to willing for making a new passport and as such needed to
make a Diary to the aforesaid matter and applied accordingly.
Therefore, I hope and pray that
you would be realized of the above matter and would be made a General Diary in
your Police Station and oblige thereby.
