Dear Sir,

With reference to your letter dated 17-08-2004, export permission letter no. 075564 dated 24-08-2004 issued by controller of imports of exports, Dhaka and item covered by item price CHF 664/- , No objection this office is hereby intimated to send the item to Switzerland on condition of re-import, on the terms and conditions mentioned below :

1)      No foreign currency can be spent from Bangladesh source for sending the item.

2)      The expenses for repair/re-installation cannot be borne from Bangladesh source.

3)      After re-import the matter is to be reported to this Bank.

4)      While sending the goods mentioned above no existing law of the country can be broken or hampered.

This “No objection certificate” will be applicable only for use of customs Authority.
