AFFIDAVIT OF UNMARRIED

We, (1) Khondaker M. Rahman, Date of birth-01-01-1943, son of Late Md. Munsur Ali, and (2) Mamotaz Begum, wife of Khondaker M.Rahman, date of birth 02-02-1960 of permanent resident of Village-Nayagaon, P.O-Latabdi, P.S- Shirajdikhan, Dist-Munshiganj, Bangladesh, by occupation- Retired Govt. service and house wife, by Nationality Bangladeshi by birth, do hereby jointly affirm and declare as follows:

1.         That we are permanent citizens and resident of Bangladesh by birth.

2.         That our beloved son Md. Himel Khondaker, date birth 06-12-1974 holder of Bangladeshi passport No.- P-0841476, now he is living in Japan.

3.         That our aforesaid son is still UN-MARRIED and have no objection if he marriage any girl in abroad.

That these statement made above are true and correct is to the best of our knowledge and belief and in truth whereof we swear and sign this affidavit of no objection before the Notary Public, Dhaka, Bangladesh on the 27^th April, 2005.
