On the basis of the Written application of the plain lift on today the dated 11-03-2000 The case No. of this P.S-04, Dated: 11-03-2000, under section 143/448/427/380/ 326/323/34 P.C. as it the case is lodged Sd/Nur Ahmmed O/C Sonargaon Police Station 11/03/2000 Seal : Duty Officer Sonargaon Police Station Narayangonj

I beg most respectfully that I, Md. Jasim Uddin Bhuiyan, son of Salauddin Bhuiyan, Vill-Goalpara (Joynagar), P.S-Sonargaon, Dist-Narayangonj. I am doing of my deposition in the matter that due to the result of previous enmity on the dated 11/03/2000, in the morning at about 7:00 AM, the defendants (1) Md. Jewel Sarker, (2) Jasim Sarker, (3) Khoka Sarker, all of them father Late Mojammel Haque Sarker (4) Saha Buddin Sarker, son of Late Sahar Ali Sarker, (5) A.Gufur Miah, son of Late Ayet Ali, (6) Md. Daiyen Miah, son of Gufur Miah, all of the Vill-Goalpara (Joynagar), P.S-Sonargaon, Dist-Narayangonj and many other unknown 7/8 persons, taking them, equipped with stick, Iron Rod, Ramda (big knife), Chinese Axe, Chapate, Hockey stick, Knife any they would come near the house of mine and an illegal entered to my power loom Textile Mills by the side of my house and they were began to beaten the workers of that Mills and made them out of the factory and they made the machines into bleakness keeping those into the Mill and occurred a loss. The amount of loss which they done is Tk. 2,00,000.00 (two lac). At that time my younger brother was made a protection to them, the defendant No. 2 Jasim Sarker was made a stroke to the head of my brother keeping a Capati (Weapon) on the his hand with a view to kill him in life and the stroke was took place to the right side of head and it was seriously cut there and as such a bloody wound was happened there. At that time my brother was cried out and began the nearby house peoples to him and the defenders were took away approximately 1600 yards while cotton clothes from the mill. the value of the clothes will be tk. 32,000.00 (Thirty two thousands) only. Later, I was taken of my brother Aminul Islam to the Sonargaon Police Station Health Complex and was made admitted him for his treatment. At present my brother is under treatment in that hospital. These have been submitted the Medical Report herewith. This Deposition is sent to the Police Station by my cousin Arab Hossain as the Media of him.

Therefore, I hope and pray that you will be enough to take a legal action on the above said matter and obliged.
