I, Mohammad Nazibur Rahman, son of Late Salamat Ullah, resident of 17/3 Panch Bhai Ghat Lane, Rokonpur, Dhaka-1100, Aged about 55 years, by faith Muslim, by Profession- Business, by Nationality Bangladeshi, Do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as follows:

1.         That I am permanent resident and Nationality of Bangladeshi by birth.

2.         That my only son NAZMUL-HUDA-RASHAL was born on 16/08/1980 and still he is Un-Married.

3.         That as father of NAZMUL-HUDA-RASHAL I have no objection if my son engaged any where in connection of Matrimonial-ties with any foreign girl.

4.         That I am legal and lawful guardian as father declare that my son NAZMUL-HUDA-RASHAL now UN-MARRIED.

In truth whereof I swear and sign this no objection certificate to day the ............ November/2004
