1. The role of Industrial Development is very important to the Financial increasement and to the poverty removal project. To the view of given the necessary technical assistance in the industrial field of the country, under the Industrial Ministry and as a autonomous body, the Bangladesh Industrial Technical Assistance (BITAC), through the training program and creating the skill manpower, to collect the developed technology in the industrial field and to the view of industrial development including transfer and to act as consulting source to the industrial organizations in different points, to increase the production capacity in the industrial firm, to develop the standard quality, increase and decrease of production and to the object of increase of the local goods, to determined the production process, to prepare the map of the equipment and tools  and to make assistance after made of production of those to the industrializing of the country.
2. The Govt. have been adopted to set up of the small and medium industry (S.M.I) for many developing arrangements. To the implementation of the program, a huge number of skill manpower is needed. To create of this skill manpower. the existing training facilities of the BITAC will be acted as the positive role.
3. In the last 4 years, the BITAC had been given the training to the near about 1190 trainees in different technical trade and had been produced and erected of import alternate equipments/tools of different industrial firm of near about 27.14 crore taka and had been save near about 40 crore of taka of its equivalent foreign currency.
4. To the view of creating  speedy conditions in the administrative arrangement in BITAC, there was rearranged of the constructive structure and the approved manpower was reduced from 836 persons to 634. There have been sent to the Ministry of Establishment of the constructive structure for to approval by the Govt. on the dated 02.04.2005 which is now under processing.
5. To the view of reaching the program of the BITAC to the end of doors of the northern peoples of the country, the BITAC is implementing a further  developing project in Bogra by the cost of 991.12 lac taka. If this project be implemented, to create the skill manpower in the northern area and after transfer of technology, to spread of the industries and to the medium of creating of self-employment, there would be assistance for to removal of poverty to make of it way in broadly.
6. In the light of P.R.S.P. of the Govt. and through the training program of BITAC, there is created the skill technician, to development of manpower and the self-employment inside of the country and is acted as the positive role to remove of the poverty. Besides, through these trainings, by the foreign employment is acting the special role to earning of foreign currency.
