Necessary Advices to depositor

1.   When you will get the pass book at the first time and each and every time of that you will check your accounts carefully the time of your departure for both in depositing or withdrawal. If any doubtful amendment enraging, miscounting then not talking with check of savings Book you must meet with the post master of Head office. The name of head office will be seen in the page of this cover.

2.   If your account is opened to sub or Branch office and the money is if deposited after first time, each time you have wait for sealed receipt. If the receipt is not gotten by you in time and contained and doubtful sign should contact immediately the office.

3.   If you made any complain and got no satisfactory answer then write to the deputy post master General or Post Master General .

4.   You will send your pass book to the post office where your accounts is opened immediately after 15^th October depositing your money in depositing your money of you will get printed receipt submitting pass book if the accounts to the sub or branch post office benefit each year.

5.   Keep your Pass book carefully. Don’t keep any specimen signature to your pass Book if any body draw your money through your book with cheat and for the act if you have to face any loss, the post office will not be liable.

6.   No one will be allowed to open one more accounts in his name in the savings project.
