There will be provide the salary 13,975

The worker will be get his right from the
beginning date according to classification.
(c)
The terms and conditions related in this
contract shall be the subject to change it. At the fit up of 12 months in the
year, there will be pay other allowances as per common rules.
(d)
The duration period of work will be fixed as per
of their rules.

(a)
The worker will be pay the bonus except of
salary and this will be after the end of the year and there will be give the
bonus from the Labour Ministry as their fixed rules.
(b)
There will give the promotion as the
qualification of the worker and it will be as the law of Madina Monowara or
they will be bound to obey of its law. There will be the right of promotion and
if be given of promotion and then he will have the right to get his pay from
the first month. Section No. 6626409, dated 10/07/2005

Except the Residence
There
will be given many other expenses except expenses of residence which is the
expense of up and down to joining in the work. More over other account/will be
hold (%) from the first month. Description below:
(a)
If they are married and the wife is accompanied
or be a widow or a divorce and if they
have and children, there will be give one thousand in yearly.
(b)
If be married and the wife is not accompanied
and there is not possible to meet with the wife in the time of working or a
widow or divorce if any one of them have any children, but is not staying with
any one them, in this case, the said money will not to be given. According to
the Libyan Law, if not be married any more, then the said money will be get
half of it that means will give fifty Dinar in each month.
(c)
Residence and other expenses after this, there will
be more consideration with the condition of husband which will be according to
the Libyan law.
(d)
After the expense of the residence and other
expense, there will be bear of traveling expenses of the family, if it be the
own city in libya or in any other city of if it the travel to other country and
if be take of leave, only the two leave can be take, more over it can not be
take.
(e)
There will not to give the excess expenses
except the fixed expenses. But if be happen any uncommon and if be applied
except under the terms and conditions. This will be treated as in valid.
(f)
The worker who will go to the work, can not be
bear of the passport of his wife or any one can not be interfere to the work of
other.
(g)
And the subject of Residence will be consider
according to the contract.

(a)
There will be more pay as the qualification as
per law will be bear the entry expenses.
(b)
The joining expenses of the worker will be
involve with it and there will be pay of contribution and there will have right
like the others or will be fixed of pay.

About
the residence of Libiya: The Residence will be give to the worker according to
him/her working procedure and the residence will give only for the work and
which will be according to the Libyan law and the working days when will be
finish, there will not give the leave at that time, because of the fact he/she
will not get the leave within 60 days.

Special description of the workers:
(a)
As the above contract, which is not mentioned it
is :
Judgment
and punishment: If be engaged he/she in any dis-gentle works and if be catch
it, there will give the punishment of it as the law existing in the country and
if be engaged in the works against of libiya, in this case the punishment will
be give within the limitation of the contract.
(b)
When will be finish of the working days there will not to be join in any other
work in any other place or which will be not valid for him/her, but the subject
is that if any way can get the validity.
