QUALITY SECTION

Question 1: What do you mean by Quality ? What is the function of it ?
Answer : Quality means the merit standard of a thing. The work of Quality Inspector is to development of merit standard of the garments as instruction of the buyer and according to Style of it.
Question 2: What do you means by the term Inspector ?
Answer : The word Inspector means the person of Inspection. The person who does the Inspection of any thing to its standard quality (merit) is called him/her as Inspector.
Question 3: What do you mean by the term Quality Controller ? What is the responsibility of a Quality Controller ?
Answer: The terms Quality Controller means the person who does control the standard.  To Examine the quality (merit) standard of the garments and  to bring the Design Sheet, Order Sheet, Measurement Sheet and with the sample of any garment given by the Buyer, who does these works is called the Quality Controller. The duties and responsibilities of a Quality Controller is no limit. He/She should be enquire in every section and he/she should be known more works than the in charge of each section. If the Quality Controller does know a little work and if he/she does idleness in his/her works, he/she can not do his/her job for long days. So, he/she should be always awareness.  He/she should be kept a careful observer on each of the work in every moments. As there is available the Line Quality, it should be depend upon him/her. So, it is essential for the Controller to go into the line and enquire there. If the controller gets any uneasy, he/she should be made understand to the Line Quality that there is happening a mistake in that place. Even, the person who will be acted as PM, he/she should be known to the PM. It should be known to the PM on written basis if needed as the cause is that the next garments do not become bad. He/she should be enquire to the Finishing Section. If the thread is become correct and if it applied the stickers into the polly and if have applied for all the materials which instructed by the buyer ? If it is coming the cartoons according to the Ratio and Assortment. In a word, it is said that the Controller should be enquire from Cutting to Finishing in all the times and it is duty for a Controller.           Contd. Page 1 of 2

Question 4: What is the duty and responsibility of a Line Controller ?
Answer : The duties and responsibilities of a Line Controller are given below:
a.    Before the beginning of Style base work , there should be collected the Measurement Sheet from the Quality Controller.
b.    If be found dis-understanding about the Measurement Sheet and Design, then it should be understand from the Controller or P.M.
c.    With the beginning of a new style work, to the moment of making part for each process, this will be found if it happening in correct.
d.    When the Garments become output from input or it comes out, then it will be found that if the measurement is correct as the size.
e.    To the process where becomes many alter, there should be again and again understand to the operator of that machine and always should be kept observation. There will be informed to the Controller or to the PM if needed.
f.    There is happening many times alter and as you are a Line Inspector and have told many times to the Operator or the Supervisor, but no good results are getting, then it should be know to the Controller.
g.    There should special looking if it is happening the Shading. It is also to be looking about the Marking Back Stitching is happening in correctly.
