The rules to be maintain by
the candidates
1. The
examination shall be held in the fixed date and time as announced by the
university in before.
2. In the first day of examination and in
the next days, the door of the examination hall will be opened respectively one
hour and half hour. No body of relatives and friends of the candidate can not
be enter into the examination hall.
3. The candidates can not leave of his seat before collecting
the answer sheet by the room visitors in visitations. If the candidate be
finished of his answer writing before end of the fixed time and if he want to
leave the room, he should must to submit of his answer sheet to the visitor. In
any stage the candidate can not leave his seat keeping his answer sheet.
4. The candidate can not bring with him
into the examination hall except the admission card and registration card.
5. The candidate will bring of his pen and
ink (black) with him and necessary pencil log book, common calculator and
equipments for the Mathematics Geography and related other subjects will be
self manage.
6. The candidate will write the own
subject and the name of the subject in the fixed place and will write the
subject code and he will start of writing from the fixed place of the answer.
There should be written both the sides of answer sheet.
7. If the candidate be written of objectionable words,
dis-gentle any request any resistance words or not to submit the answer sheet
and leave the examination hall or done of any dis-gentle manner with the
examination conducting person or to adapt of unfair means or to create any of
obstruction for smooth conducting of examination there will be taken legal
punishment against him including invalid of examination.
8. It is prohibited to write any thing
without the fixed place of the cover sheet of the answer sheet. If be written
anything without the fixed place there will be taken legal punishment against
him/her including invalid of examination.
9. The candidate can not bring the Mobile
Phone into the examination hall.
10. If any objection/complain about the
examination results, he/she should be written to the controller of examination
through the medium of the relevant principal of the college in written within
the period of 2 (Two) months after
published of examination results. There will not be acceptable any
objection/complain after expired of the fixed period.
