that according to the section a (1) of the public servants retirement Act. 12
of 1974 the authority have granted voluntary leave preparatory retirement of
one year in favour of you from 1/10/2003 to 30/09/2004.

(Six) Month leave with full salary from 01/10/2003
to 31/03/2004.
(B)
6 (Six) Month
leave with half salary from 01/04/2004
to 30/09/2004.
If there is any liability loan
remains in your name then it will be realised/ adjusted from the gratuity and
as suspense from the 12 month leave due to him from the cash take if any. After

1. According to the rules of Bangladesh
Rice Mill Control order (Adopted) of 1943 order to the following firms.
M/S Nahid & Flour Mills
Proprietor- Ahamed Ali Sardar
Son of Nur Mahammad Sardar
Village- Santahar Natur Bazar.
Police Station- Adomdhighi
Dist- Bogra.
It if here by authorise to break rice breaking arrangement :
2. Licence holder will conduct Business
is the following places Dhaka- If any
person conduct business of Rice breaking more than one place then he will have
take license separately for every place and will have submit return separately
of those place whice is mentioned in the 3rd article.
3. Licence holder within every fortnight
(from 1st date of every month to 15 date and 16 date to last date)
according to adopted 3rd form of the Bangladesh Rice Mill control
Order of 1943 will Submit return to the Govt. so that it can reach to the govt.
within 5 days after the expiry of the fortnight.
4. The licence holder will process the
chatta rice and such type of rice which is being chatta according to the rule
of the Bangladesh
govt.
5. Which procedure the licence holder will
maintain register in this respect the licence holder will obey the rules given
by the govt.
6. Where ever challan account remains the
licence holder with cooperate with the authorise person of the govt. for
inspection and for testing taking of sample of Rice,
