Abdul
Hamid joined to my restaurant on 7th
June 1994 A.D. as an Assistant of the Cook. He was doing work as a
delight worker from the very first day of the work and he became popular among
the other workers of me within a very short time. My Jhumur Restaurant is
famous among a few well known restaurants of the Brahmanbaria district head
quarter. Especially it is popular among all for the Tandoori type of foods.
From the very starting of the works Abdul Hamid expressed eagerness towards the
works of Tandoori cook (Chef) and voluntarily tried to learn the works quickly.
He became expert in preparing the Tandoori type of foods within 2 (Two) years
and at many times during the time of absence of chief Tandoori cook, he
properly performed all the duties of the Tandoori cook.
Before one month
from the date of taking release from my restaurant on 14th August, 1996 A.D. he requested me
for giving release. Although I had to face inconvenience, yet released him with
a smiling face as I was satisfied with his works and behavior.
I know him
personally as an amiable, gentle, honest and active person and I wish him a
