Dear Sir,
I have the honour to you and beg most respectfully to
inform you that I am the undersigned Md Mosaraf Hossen, son of A Kader
Talukder, Permanent Address: Village & Post Office- Lamna,
Upazila-Galachipa, District-Patuakhaly, I am the Winner of DV in the year of
2005. I was performed of my interview as my case Number 2005AS00001463 on the
dated 31st January,
2005. I was placed also all the necessary documents to the
Embassy. I was also submitted the Embassy fee Tk. 26,535.00 as according to the
instruction of Kentucky Consular Centre, America. I know that the educational qualification
be need for D.V. is H.S.C. Passed. I have already this educational
qualification. But it is a matter of sorrow that the consular have given me the
Blue sheet and have written “Not educationally qualified for the DV program.”
Sir, I may inform to you that I have already correct
documents for getting the DV visa, but as not to give me visa, I have fallen
into much dis-heartened and loss of many things in my personal life.
Sir, I beg to cordially request you that you will be kind
enough and to arrange as such that the U.S. Embassy will give me visa. I am in
most considering that your decision may be a higher assistance for me to
getting the DV Visa.
Therefore, I hope and pray that your honour would so reach
to take necessary steps to the cause of my getting DV Visa and if so I will be
ever grateful to you.
