To
The Immigration Officer
Lavender, Singapore.
Sub : Application for Entry to Singapore.
Sir,
I have the honour to state that I am a Bangladeshi. My
Passport No. is P 000182, Name- Dulal, S/o. Hazrat Ali, Village- Kushtia,
P.O./P.S.- Kalihati, District- Tangail. I have worked in M/S. K.L. Wood
Products Company, Singapore
for about 4 Years with effect from 2000 A.D., with Construction work Permit.
The Owner of this Company has another Company, named M/S. Barang Barang. I have
also worked in M/S. Barang Barang for a few days. During that period, one day
MOM Police arrested me and took me to Office of the Ministry of Manpower at Kimseng
Road, Singapore. After a
while my Proprietor went there and got me released. Then the MOM Office advised
to report there on different dates. In this way 16 months passed. During that
period, I had no permission to work in Singapore.
As such, I could not work during that period at last, the Case was disposed off
and I came back to Bangladesh.
At that time, The Immigration Police Officer, Lavender,
Singapore warned me that
I should not enter Singapore
wither a period of 1 Year. He also added that if I enter in Singapore with
Tourist or Work Permit Visa, within this period, I would be sentenced to
Imprisonment of 1 year with a fine of 6,000 Dollar at that time, the Police
Officer Wrote address himself, gave it to me and advised that if I put up an
application to the said address, the authority way consider the case and may
give me permission in my favour to enter in Singapore again. Then I came back
to Bangladesh,
I sent several applications to the Immigration officer but I did not receive
any reply within 7 months.
At present, I am passing my days
with great financial hardship with my family, my old parents and immature
brothers and sisters.
I, therefore, earnestly request
you that I may be permitted to enter Singapore
with Work Permit Visa. Kindly note that I am a Skilled Construction Worker.
Under the Circumstances state
above, I fervently pray that I man again be permitted to enter Singapore
with Work Permit Visa so that myself and my dependents may pass our days
fulfilling our minimum requirements.
