Dear Sir/Madam
I beg most respectfully to state that my Manager will go to
Guanzhou, China Via Bangkok, but he
needs to stay Bangkok on his
return from China. As for
he has applied for a three days visa to your embassy.
His passport and other documents have already been
deposited to your embassy which particulars are below:

Passport No. X-0142922, Date of birth: 30-06-1970
Sir/Madam, I may inform you that my Manager should be
participated in a business discussion on the dated 18/10/2005 at 10:00 AM LT in China and as
such he would be started for Guanzhoz, China on the
dated 17/10/2005 at
morning from Dhaka. Hence I earnestly
requested to make delivery of his passport within the dated 16/10/2005 after granting 3(three)
days visit visa for your country.
Sir/Madam, I may inform you that he will visit only some
interesting places during his stay period in Bangkok and he
will obey every law and order and will return home at the end of visit.
Therefore, I hope and pray that you will be enough to make
return of passport of my Manager and 3(Three) days mentioned Visa and if so I
will be grateful to you.

Subject: Appeal for issuing of my Visa on the dated: 30/10/2005.
Hon’ble Sir
I beg most respectfully to introduce you that I, Kamrul
Hasan, Gani, bearing Passport No. V-0786585, have made a plan to visit Thailand and
going to Bangkok on the 6th November, 2005 next.
Our Tickets for going there have already made confirm. I may inform you that
there are to be issuing Visa to all of my family members on the dated 30th October, 2005. But the
fact is that if I myself be not get of my Visa on the dated: 30th
October, 2005 there will be come an uncertain to go Bangkok by me including
with my family members. So, I do earnestly request to you for issue the Visa of
me and all my family members on the dated: 30th October, 2005 I hope
to be must it on the mentioned dated. I herewith submit of my family Receipt
No. DHAC/261005/0021.
Therefore, I hope and pray that you will be enough to
consider the present situation and be allow to issue Visa for me and my family
members on the wanted: 30th October, 2005 and enable us a chance to
visit your nice country by with my family members and if so, we will be
grateful to you.
