Regulation Ordinance of the year 1978 as to the regulation related in the next
page.

Terms & Conditions
1. The
Registered organization will be obey of all the regulations and the
sub-regulations under this prepared regulation of the foreign Donations
(Voluntary Activities) Regulation Ordinance of 1978.
2. Unless,
if it is not make invalid by this period through any other cause this
registration shall be valid upto 5 years and there will be applied for renewal
of this registration before 6 months end of duration.
3. There
will not be conduct to accept any to foreign donation and use of it and to accept
any program or to operation it without the permission of the registration
authority.
4. The
programs will be accepted and to be conducted of it with the acceptance of
advice and co-operation from the related ministry/Division and Ministry,
divisional field officers, district commissioner and the police station
executive officers.
5. The
Voluntary Organization shall be the obligation to obey if the registration
authority by issued of any other terms and conditions or sub-administrative
rules in time to time.
