Dear Sir,

With great respect I beg to submit my Joining Letter today on 10/12/2007 as per your offer letter No. MTB/HRD/OFF-528, Dated : 11/11/2007.

If may be mentioned here that being received the Offer Letter I submitted my Resignation Letter to my Job Authority Janata Bank Limited on 25/11/2007. In the meantime, for the sake of issuing a release letter to me my authority collected clearance from all branches where I previously posted which are under process.    

Meanwhile, I already submitted and acceptance letter to you on 25/11/2007 where I intended to join in your bank on 10/12/2007.

In this circumstances, I would like to join in your Bank today. Here I add that I will submit my Release Letter from my previous job authority within 20/12/2007.

Therefore, I pray and hope that you would be kind enough to accept my Joining Letter and oblige thereby.
