Subject: About Work Order for the
construction of cross dam at Khari of Patnitala of Naogaon District under
Barendra Authority.
Dear Sir,
With
reference to the above it is informed that, the work order are going to
complete the work of the following items at total Tk. 30,22,310.00 of the sites
Upazila according to the estimate attached with estimate mentioned in the
Package in the light of implementation bilateral agreement property on
29/10/2006 and after the acceptance of the price suited in the Tender at Tk.
30,22,310.00 by the Authority by You on 28/08/2006 on the constriction of Cross
Dam under Package No. RWC/SW/XEN/NAO-2/Patni-16 at Patnitala Upazila of Naogaon
District under Barendra Authority.

2. The work is to be started on emergency
basic within 10 days from the issue of this letter and 100% work is to be
completed within 90 days of fixed time property.
3. Prove
permission is to be taken before the start of work of Cement Brand. No cement
brand can to be used whimsically.
4. Goods such
as Brick, Sand, Khoa, Rod etc. used for the cross dam construction work is to
be test in the laboratory before the start of the work.
5. Bill will be
paid subject to the receiving the money from ADP/Establishment.
6. Length, wide
and height of the cross dam is changeable. At the time of giving layout various
measurement including place of cross dam construction is to be determined in
the light of circumstance.
7. The work
order is issued according to section 10 of the additional terms and conditions
of the Schedule.
It is requested to complete the work included in the work
order in the light of rules, terms and conditions of the Tender and PPR 2003
failing which actions will be taken according to the Terms and Conditions of
the Tender.
