FLAT  RENT AGREEMENT


KAZI MD. ABU HASAN, son of Kazi Abu Taher, Permanent Address: Vill. Jhaotola, Post - Comilla - 3500, Upazila - Adarsha Nagar, Comilla, Present Address: 1229, Sarapat Monjil 2nd Floor, Raise Course, Comilla, Bangladesh, by Religion - Islam, by Nationality - Bangladeshi and  by Profession - Business.  

----The 1st Party.

ABDUL AWAL, son of late Abdul Mannan, Permanent Address – Village –Barha, Post Office – Barha Bazar, Police Station – Dagonbhuiyan, Dist. Dhaka, At Present – 24, Dilkusha Commercial Area , Dhaka, by Religion - Islam, by Nationality - Bangladeshi and by Profession - Service.

-----The 2nd Party.

In the name of Allah the Kind & Merciful the 2nd party proposed to take rent (the Flat No. D-East Side) of the Ground Floor of the 1st Party and after discussion by the consent of the both parties it is decided that the 2nd party will pay to the 1st party the rent of the said residence per month Tk. 8,500/- (Eight thousand five hundred) Taka and the 2nd part pay to the 1st Party Tk.  17,000/- (Seventeen thousand) Taka in advance as security money. The 1st party accepted the proposal of the 2nd party and agreed to give rent on under mentioned terms & conditions:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.       This agreement will be started from the 01/06/2006. Validity of this agreement will remain up to 3 years.

2.       The 2nd party will pay the rent within 7 day of every month.

3.       If the 2nd party damages the Flat without permission of the 1st Party, so the 2nd party must have to compensate fully. 

4.       If the 2bd party wishes to leave (the Flat No. D - East Side of ) Ground Floor, he should to inform the 1st party at before three months.


5.       If the 2nd Party failures to pay the rent of three month at due time successively, so, the 1st party shall have the right to take lawful step to evict  the 2nd party. In this matter all excuses of the 2nd party will be rejected and cancelled in all courts of law.

6.       The 2nd party will hand over the ground floor (Flat No. B- East Side) to the 1st party peacefully. If any kind of damage made by him he will be bound to compensate.

7.       The 2nd party shall have no right give sub-let or office or club and could not any anti-state or unsociable works.

8.       The 2nd party will pay the electric bill, WASA bill etc. after paying bill the photocopy of the bill to be handed over to the 1st party.


Today we the both parties read the terms and conditions of the agreement and understood the correct meaning and have signed willingly in sound mind and sound health in presence of the following witnesses.
