Dear Sir, I beg most respectfully to state that I, Md. Azizul Huq, Son of Late Hazi Moktel  Hossain, Mother – Julekha Begum, Address : 28 No. Khanpur Branch Road, Ward No. 12, Post Office – Narayangonj-1400, Police Station and District – Narayanganj, Bangladesh.   I may inform you that my second son express name : Md. Ashibul Huq after not to inform anything to any body of our family, but went away from our house. After search out much more, we did not get any news of it. Some days before he was contacted with us after made a phone call and was wished to be returned to the country. Through him, I was known that he is in England. I have been heard that after used my name and address  and after making passport through the peoples and has been gone to England. It is needed to mention here that he is my maintained son.  I had been maintaining him in approximate 7/8 years before.  After established good relation through the means of business, one of the person named Niranjan who is an Indian and Bangladesh double citizenship holder and through him, there was identified myself to Md. Ashibul Huq. I have been heard from him that he is an orphan.  He is the resident of Salbari, Kajaldighi, Bewla Danga and Natok Toka, Police Station – Haldibari, District – Kuchbihar name one of the Enclave . My business and family work and in future time to be made of cooperation and after thinking such kinds of long idea, I had maintained him. After admitted him to the school and college and there was arranged for him to be get well education.  But after making a serious kind of attack to our simplicity and fully secret, he went to England.  As he is making to communicate  at present, but I did not any communication with him. I am an old man. I have 04(four) Children. After keeping observation to them and in future my maintained son Md. Ashibul Huq may not be make any kind of harm to me and my family members and as may not be demand any kind of partnership of my movable and immovable properties – after taken attention to this matter and due to the doubt of me and anybody of my family and as such, there is applying for to make a diary to your police station of a General Diary Entry.
